1 /5 Kassidy Webster: The female denist Vitalya Phillips is the most unprofessional person Ive ever been to. When she did my fills for my cavities she was rough and he to number me twice because she missed the time frame to preform my procedure. This time when i went in for a cleaning she was basically trying to pressure me into getting my wisdom teeth pulled now when in all honesty I have a lot going on in life right now it took alot to come in for the cleaning and to be treated rudely because i denied a referral from you after you asked 3 times if i wanted it and I told you no all 3 times. She literally rushed through my cleaning and proceeded to tell me to go see somebody else which I will kindly do. She needs he license revoked because she doesn’t even respect simple patient rights.

5 /5 Ricky Ravioli: The dentist at this office were great. The staff was great as well. The hygienist were great. They were very understanding and accommodating of my extreme fear of dental work. I would be sitting in the chair shaking like a leaf on a tree and they were very gentle and treated me with respect and sympathy. On top of that all the work I got done ended up great I got a full set of dentures quickly and people dont even know theyre not real they fit my face well they are comfortable as far as a prosthetic goes. All things considered five stars easily. Having said that I do have about half of a molar remaining in the top of my mouth that was supposed to have been extracted but the end result speaks for itself. Absolutely would and have recommended people go to this dentist office if you have Medicaid they are the place for you.

1 /5 Ashanti Simmonds: The worst dentist I ever been to. The receptionists are not only rude but very incompetent. They don’t know basic dental procedures or have basic customer service. They just sit there on their phone looking clueless. I came in for a cleaning and it was very rushed and my gums were bleeding and sensitive by the time they were done. The lady who did my cleaning was very insensitive and rude. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.

5 /5 Yusuf Deniz: I recently visited Brunswick Dental after a long time without seeing a dentist since moving to the US, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Phillips was amazing, explaining every detail of my treatment plan and making me feel comfortable and informed. A special thanks to her assistant, Suzan, for expertly handling the X-rays and translating everything into Turkish. Their kindness and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

2 /5 C S: Came in for a teeth cleaning and the assistant was very friendly and explained to me the procedure and how my teeth looked. Dentist came in and just got to work. She said “this is going to hurt” and then quickly corrected herself “well, it shouldn’t hurt, but it might”. She knew she would hurt me. She went over my teeth so fast they feel half clean but she made sure to dig into my gums real good. She left the patient room door open so everytime someone walked passed, she’d look up distracted, and everytime she looked up her hand would slip into my gums. There is no reason a dentist should be this careless. I recommend asking politely if they can close the door to minimize distraction and to go slow, steady and careful. I don’t have sensitivity issues but wish I lied and said I do so (maybe, hopefully) they would’ve been more careful. I give 2 stars because a patient shouldn’t really have to ask that of their doctor but I will be trying a new dentist before going back to this one. Patients shouldn’t have to feel such pain and discomfort if it can be prevented.
