Allie Puz I recently called Morrison Dental Care with a concern and they were able to fit me in the very next morning. Even better, I had the pleasure of having Lori as my hygienist. She thoroughly addressed every concern I had and quickly resolved all of them. Not only did she take the time to answer every question I asked, but she did so with full detail and care. Lori made my experience a perfect 10 out of 10! The rest of the staff, from the hygienists to the administration staff (and of course Dr. Morrison), were all professional and welcoming. I’m truly grateful for all of their excellent service!

Lindsy Turn-Wick I highly recommend this practice. My husband went to Dr. Morrison his entire life up until we moved. We recently became established patients and more than half the staff still remember him and his family even after 15 year gap! How impressive. Long term employees speaks volumes. I for one; have dental anxiety and all of that went away when I met Dr David Morrison and his staff. Everyone was so polite, helpful, knowledgeable and beyond professional. Not only is this office absolutely beautiful and clean; they have the state of the art equipment to ensure the best possible outcome of any procedure. They even offer 3D CT images. I’ve had 4 different consults prior to a dental implant and not one of these offices had this capability. I fully trust and appreciate everyone at Morrison Dental. My husband and I plan to bring our children there once they are older and we live nearly and hour away. Andrew T Gilligan Sr Honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star, but you can’t start a review without one. The WORST, absolute WORST, business practices I have ever dealt with in my life. Absolutely unprofessional. Had an appointment a month and a half ago, full deep clean in preparation to get my broken molar removed or fixed… okay, the next appointment comes up, get a call, oop, “the doctor had a prior engagement golfing, so we had to reschedule you, you have to come back a different time” WHAT?! Next appointment comes, get another call, “we had to reschedule you, come back in another 2 weeks” yet another time comes up, and another call, “we had to reschedule you, come back another week and a half” And now, today, sitting in the parking lot, waiting to go in, got a call, enough time to hear it, not enough time to answer, and it still went straight to voicemail, “ the doctor is unable to approve your procedure because you never got primary care provider authorization” When, in any of this time, have you ever told me I needed to get seen by my primary? NEVER! NOT ONE TIME! Email after email, text after text, “dont forget your appointment” not ONE saying,” you also need to be seen by a primary first” Again, if I could, !!!!ZERO STARS!!!! I do not recommend that even an enemy go here

Tierany Rudolph Just needs to be more upfront that you wont receive same day service. The OS and whoever crafts "fake teeth" can be weeks apart. Or the best answer "I dont know". Its not a small problem Im not just getting a tooth yanked out for an indefinite period of time. Nice people. But not sure if its genuine.

Nic T they’ll rip you off. went in for a cleaning and they provided a service I didnt ask for. they also did not inform me it was going to be another $216 on top of the cleaning charge. was quoted $150-200 for the cleaning and ended up paying over $400. save your money and go elsewhere.

Megan Otte The facilities are large, clean, and beautiful. Every time I come in for an appointment, Im blown away by the shortness of my wait (I have never waited longer than 5 minutes, and the time I did wait 5 minutes was only once so very out of the ordinary!) and the affability of ALL the staff. Every person I come in contact with is so kind and seems truly joyful. This last appointment, I remember thinking how they all seem so happy to be there at work. They do very well to put me at ease, and have never once made me feel shameful or guilty for my many dental issues. Theyre so informative, and very clear with all their information. I cannot say enough good things about all the staff!

Andrew Mason The hygienists are polite and kind, and the office staff are generally friendly and want to help. That said... 1st Advantage is a corporate dentistry practice that seems to prioritize income opportunities over truly necessary procedures. I and three friends and family were all recently pushed to get crowns when 2nd opinions in all cases suggested that it really wasnt necessary yet. They ended up killing my tooth which now requires a root canal and possible extraction because I didnt think to get my second opinion until it was too late. 1st Advantage shows an over-reliance on technology when simple human interactions may suffice. When I checked-in, the front desk apparently marked me as "confirmed" instead of "checked-in" which meant the hygienist didnt get an alert that I had arrived, so I was left waiting for 40 minutes until someone apparently walked back and told her that her patient was in the waiting room. Why is the system set up such that theyre just waiting for a computer notification instead of people simply communicating effectively? They threaten to cancel an appointment if you dont confirm a few days before- but only leave a voicemail requesting that you call back-- the callback number is an overly-burdensome touch-tone dial menu (which allegedly doesnt actually direct calls to separate areas anyway). Most practices offer text or email confirmations and still dont threaten to cancel your appointment. I never know which dentist Ill be seeing until I arrive for the appointment, and the last few visits, I was told the dentist on duty was a non-employee of 1st Advantage and only substituting because the in-house dentist had time off. In some instances, the substitute wasnt comfortable making care decisions for me so what was the point in seeing them anyway? A recent billing question submitted multiple times in writing, in person, and over the phone took 8 MONTHS to get someone to simply acknowledge, let alone respond. Just go to a private practice and pay the higher, out-of-network costs. 1st Advantage is not worth the savings and definitely not worth the trouble.

Tom Keyes I received a call at around lunch time on a Tuesday 4/22 and voicemail telling me that my appointment had to be rescheduled. I called back the morning of 4/23, to inquire about rescheduling, and was told that my options were the following day 4/24 at 1pm, or the next earliest appointment (at any time) would be in September. It was not explained to me why my appointment had to be canceled, and I did not receive an apology. Now I have to worry about my teeth since my semiannual cleaning appointment was delayed by 5 months. I could not make the following day at 1pm appointment due to a prior planned responsibility at my job. In a previous visit, I was prescribed a night guard by the dentist/doctor. When I payed for the night guard, I was told that I owed a certain amount and that my insurance covered “more than typical” when compared to the average insurance plan. Deciding that I could afford the night guard based on the reasonable ~$100 copay, I made the purchase. I received a bill months later saying that I owed ~$200 dollars. I called, and the receptionist said that they made a mistake on my original bill. I had to pay the difference, even though it was involuntary cost that I never agreed to. With these things being said, everyone makes mistakes. I have missed an appointment once at this dentist office. I apologized and would have paid for the missed time on behalf of the hygienist/doctor. I am a reasonable person, but I don’t feel that I am being treated with respect here. Thoughts?

Vickie Maiello My hygienist Suzanne is a very talented and dedicated individual. You really should find a way to help your employees further their careers, sending them to dental school with the opportunity to stay with First Advantage Dental for years to come.

Riley Kinner Amazing amazing amazing!!! From start to finish!! Had a cracked and severely infected tooth that needed to be extracted, called at 11 and he got me in at noon for an emergency appointment!! Made me feel extremely comfortable as I have had horrible experiences with dentist in the past but he and Lu made me feel more than comfortable , and they did an amazing job at keeping it painless and fast!! 7 mins my tooth was out!! Ugh can’t recommend him enough and extremely reasonable pricing!! Thank you dr Clemente so grateful for you!!

Caitlin Lail Had an exposed nerve and horrible infection called multiple dentists in MULTIPLE STATES no one could get me in until AUGUST mind you my entire face had ballooned overnight. Dr Clemente got me in within TWO HOURS of my call had me in and out and even POLISHED MY TEETH(At no extra charge) in less than an hour! Staff was amazing made me feel comfortable and at ease in a stressful situation 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Gabby Davis I went to Clemente dentist on Friday 7:30 AM to get my wisdom teeth removed. I had 3 all impacted and the experience was the best I could’ve ever imagined. He was very good with the needle for numbing and the removal was so fast and no pain barely any pressure I was in utter shock at how seamless it was. I was out of the office by 8 AM I was shocked. If you are afraid and not sure what to expect please go here. He was so personal and honest, which is so rare in the medical industry today. He is super confident and he should be his work is amazing. I am currently on day 3 my face is barely swollen and I have 0 pain today, just a slight discomfort in my jaw which is extremely normal, I can still open my mouth just fine. (Took Tylenol for pain on day 1 & 2 had no issues). I was concerned with recovery time but this recovery was just as seamless as the procedure. He does not do dissolving stitches however I cannot feel them one bit in my mouth which makes eating more comfortable. He also stitches them very good so that you are healing fast and perfectly which I appreciate. Price was good considering how amazing he is at dental work. I’ve had friends and family pay double for a sub par experience other places. Please go to Clemente and if you have to save the money to go here do it! It’s worth every penny and more.

Lori Markham This was my first time at this dental office and I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Dr. Messier and his staff were very warm and welcoming. It is very evident that Dr. Messier promotes a positive environment for his staff as well as for his patients. Tara was my hygienist and she was excellent- very thorough and caring. Dr. Messier followed up with my exam and he was so pleasant and easy to talk to. Overall experience was great!

Jennifer Ficarra If anyone is looking for a great dentist, Dr. Messier is awesome! Both of my kids had fillings this past week and had a great experience. The staff is so knowledgeable and great with kids. My husband and I have been going there for years and decided to bring the kids too when we had a bad experience somewhere else. John Schauer New patient here. The office staff was friendly, but didn’t seem all that organized about my past x-rays even though I had everything sent over months ago. I was expecting to get my exam and cleaning in one visit, but was just now told I needed to come back for the cleaning. I have never heard of this. An assistant (not the hygienist) seemed to do fine taking the digital x-rays. Then the dentist comes in and says I have no cavities before even looking at me. He barely looked in my mouth. Did not check my tongue, jaw, or glands like other dentists always do. 1 – star. I returned 2 days later to get my teeth cleaned by the hygienist. She explained every step before doing it. Thoroughly examined inside my mouth including checking my gum line all around. She cleaned with a water powered tool and hand tools. Polished my teeth too. This was everything I expected from a hygienist except they normally take the x-rays too. 5 – stars.

My hygienist, Erica did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and was very friendly, kind, engaged and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Byrnes was also extremely friendly and you can tell that she cares about her patients and their dental health. This was my first appointment and I will definitely be going back. Katherine Bauman After hearing nothing but positive experiences from my spouse about this practice, I felt inspired to get scheduled for an appointment with them. As someone who has anxiety when going to the dentist, I was naturally a bit nervous ahead of my appointment. However, from beginning to end of my visit I felt completely at ease! Everyone I met was kind and communicative, which made me feel comfortable almost instantly. Dr. Byrnes had such a great bedside manner and it is evident that she really cares about her patients. This practice and the people who make it what it is are very special. They care, and it shows. I can honestly say that I feel zero anxiety thinking about my next cleaning.

Kassidy Webster The female denist Vitalya Phillips is the most unprofessional person Ive ever been to. When she did my fills for my cavities she was rough and he to number me twice because she missed the time frame to preform my procedure. This time when i went in for a cleaning she was basically trying to pressure me into getting my wisdom teeth pulled now when in all honesty I have a lot going on in life right now it took alot to come in for the cleaning and to be treated rudely because i denied a referral from you after you asked 3 times if i wanted it and I told you no all 3 times. She literally rushed through my cleaning and proceeded to tell me to go see somebody else which I will kindly do. She needs he license revoked because she doesn’t even respect simple patient rights.

Ricky Ravioli The dentist at this office were great. The staff was great as well. The hygienist were great. They were very understanding and accommodating of my extreme fear of dental work. I would be sitting in the chair shaking like a leaf on a tree and they were very gentle and treated me with respect and sympathy. On top of that all the work I got done ended up great I got a full set of dentures quickly and people dont even know theyre not real they fit my face well they are comfortable as far as a prosthetic goes. All things considered five stars easily. Having said that I do have about half of a molar remaining in the top of my mouth that was supposed to have been extracted but the end result speaks for itself. Absolutely would and have recommended people go to this dentist office if you have Medicaid they are the place for you.

Ashanti Simmonds The worst dentist I ever been to. The receptionists are not only rude but very incompetent. They don’t know basic dental procedures or have basic customer service. They just sit there on their phone looking clueless. I came in for a cleaning and it was very rushed and my gums were bleeding and sensitive by the time they were done. The lady who did my cleaning was very insensitive and rude. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.

His passion and devotion to dentistry is evident. I had a very pleasant experience. Also, the dental hygienist is very knowledagble and kind. She answered all my questions and was very patient!

Abigail Larkin Only a new patient visit so far but Im happy. Everyone was kind, patient, seemingly knowledgeable, and did what they could to keep me comfortable. I like that any question I had they answered and in an easily digestible way whereas my experience elsewhere they stay vague and generally unhelpful. Hopeful for future visits.

Teri Klos Dr Marra and his staff have always been top-notch in my opinion. I have been going there for 15+ years and both of my children have gone to Dr Marra as well. He has always been very consistent with his care and very personable. Donna and Dave, in particular, are both favorite dental hygienists and they definitely keep their patients at ease during a cleaning which can be quite stressful and anxiety producing.

Jenny O’Brien Arrogant, condescending and is extremely ignorant of whaT a dentaL phobia is. I have an EXTREME phobia of the dentist. After going to Dr.Marra specifically for sedation dentistry he told me I didn’t need it. I never returned bc of my fear. Now 5 yrs later I have so many issues. I called his office today and he personally called me back to tell me I was wasting his time because five years ago I never came back out of fear. He told me I was trying to guilt trip him when I told him how bad it was and why I didn’t come back. He was arrogant, cruel pan’s condescending. He deserves to lose his license.

Melissa Caroccia I used to go to Lapinski dental when I was younger and they always did a great job. Everyone was so friendly. I was sad when I had switch dentists because I was leaving a really great dental office. I went to other dentists and those dentists were not as good. They would not tell me anything. I finally decided to back to Lapinski dental and let me tell you it was the best decision I ever made. My first appointment dr Lapinski actually took the time to look at my mouth rather and tell me what I was going on. He was very knowledgeable and the hygienist were was very friendly. The only down side is that all insurances are out of network but in the end I would rather pay a little more and have a dentist that knows what they are doing.

These guys from the moment they picked up the phone until I walked out the door were A+++. The service, the compassion the empathy, the clinical care received were absolutely above the top. It probably should be shut down The weirdest spot I have ever brought my son too. And very sketchy and went to a second dentist for another opinion and they warned me about them And also said. There is so much more they should have told us about his teeth but they didn’t And also they told my child what clean great teeth he has. nOT. He has so many cavities and infections and this dentist failed to tell us any of that. I’m scared for who ever brings there kids here or even goes here themselves. Be ware. Heather Williams This place has caused significant damage to ones whole mouth. This place isnt professional or well kept. At the time of ones appointment the headrest on the chair fell off while getting dental work done, not only did this place due a terrible job, the dentist left part of the tooth in, which became infected and caused the rest of ones teeth to become infected and now have they all have to be removed. This is Malpractice and were holding this accountable for their actions. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ONE GO TO THIS CLINIC.

Karmen Reynolds I started to go to Dr Cooney office after I went to another orthodontist. They were ready to rip a bunch of baby teeth out and start a two-step process. I felt that that was too much at my daughters age. I went to Dr. Cooneys office and we were on observation plan for over a year to wait and see what happens. I was glad that I went that route. So far I have had amazing results with the Invisalign. The staff has been great. When I visited during our observation appointments I asked a lot of questions and They were very helpful. They gave me a lot of information. Everything has been going very smoothly. I could not ask for a better orthodontist office.

Mark Kulzer It has been several years since my two daughters had their orthodontic work done by Dr. Cooney. But time has only strengthened the truth that bringing them to Dr. Cooney was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The in-network orthodontists for my insurance plan were very limited. My family visited one and it was total chaos - it was very apparent that they were an assembly line operation that was only interested in getting folks to sign on the dotted line so they would be financially locked in to using that practice. Very unprofessional, uncomfortable and intimidating. They even suggested unnecessary appliances after barely looking at my older daughter. (I dont mean they barely examined her. I mean that they barely looked in her direction.) I never would have forgiven myself if I had allowed my daughters to be used for financial gain by this shady practice. I was frantic and got a recommendation from a friends brother, who is a dentist. I could kiss that man! (After gargling and spitting, of course!) Cooney Orthodontics couldnt have been more different. They performed a thorough exam of my daughter before we had committed to anything. They preferred to wait and "let nature do what nature is going to do". No pressure, No hard sell. Truly a commitment to doing what was the best course of action for both of my daughters. Their staff are all calm, polite and professional. (Are they piping in some magic gas? Sign me up for a lifetime supply!) Cooney Orthodontics was not in-network, but they handled the paperwork and made things as easy as possible. The extra out-of-pocket expenses were well worth it. As I said/wrote earlier, even years later, this stands out as one of the best decisions I have ever made!

Cher Schneider The office is conviently located in Troy. Even easy to get to from Albany. It is a very nice and clean office with a gorgeous view of the river. The staff were all friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. We were instantly greeted and did not have to wait longer than 10 mins. They quickly put my son at ease through every step. The office uses the lastest technology, so there wasnt the horrible teeth impressions process. It was a quick digital imaging. Very cool to see and easier on the kids. We met with Dr Cooney. He has very nice, quick, and wonderful with my son. He made us very comfortable with the process, what needed to be done, and explained very well all the next steps. We are looking forward to working with the staff at Cooney & Tyner.

Bear Yoder Notice how all the positive reviews sound like they are written by the same person? This place is a scam. Stay away. There is a reason that they dont work well with insurance. They will sell you unnecessary procedures, then misrepresent the service you actually receive. Please save yourself the aggravation and find somewhere else.

Marylynn Wiliams Dr. Miles and her staff are great, everyone is exceptionally friendly. Dr. Miles took a lot of time explaining the procedures she would be doing. She took a lot of time with me and is very genuine.
