1 /5 Tawsif Hussain: You guys have to change people who worked at front. They are rude and never pick your phone call. They may forget it is a medical care, otherwise at least they should pick up the call.

1 /5 Abdun Nayeem: Today , 12/05/2023 at 1pm My mom spoke to one of the front desk person over the phone. Front desk person sounded like female. She threw some attitude towards my mom for asking some help instead of giving her a solution. She sounds like she hates this job and can’t tolerate talking to the patient with ease. She sounds to have no patience at all while talking to patients and she doesn’t care about patients.When asked for her name and supervisor number she hung up,she also threatened me to come to the office to confront her. If it goes on like that I will have my mom change the doctor. I will have my whole family to stop coming here. Bad experience as a new patient in your place. We have family of 5. Was looking for a place to see regular doctor. Thanks to your employees for their for their unwelcoming behavior. Been in so many busy primary care provider places and they take care of things so smoothly. You guys could have a good doc but staffs are very mean and impatient.thanks

2 /5 khnzayan: Two star for doctors they are good but thier staff specifically fromt dask on all of thirr 3 location are worst they never pick up the phone to make appointment u have to try whole day if they want they will pick once very disappointed with their front desk staff been like this for almost my last whole year
