Dr. Darling has excellent communication skills and is compassionate, he is also very trustworthy and is a expert at what he does.They make us feel very comfortable when we are there. They are all so friendly and make you a priority to them.

1 /5 Sonya Sekovski: Don’t bother. Family member went here and wasn’t helped. They knew the insurance and medical history, scheduled the appt and wouldn’t complete the job because insurance wouldn’t pay them. So they only did minor things that they’d probably get paid for…even though that office is listed as accepting that insurance. Then leaves mid appt to work on another patient! Nice. Really nice. They never answer the phone. Barely at the location during their office hours. The man needs to retire. What an embarrassment. The entire office is unprofessional.

From cancelling appointments without telling us, to never sending appointment reminders, to never picking up their phone, and taking several weeks to actually get us the paperwork we requested, the reception is so terrible at this place. On top of that my sibling who was the patient went in to get a tooth removed. The dentist had a terrible tremor while administering the numbing stuff, and knocked into a different, healthier tooth, which needed fillings and then said he couldnt remove the tooth. Understandably the tooth was in very bad shape, but theyve had problems with the tooth that was knocked into since, and the first one still isnt out because it took us WEEKS of calls back and fourth and showing up at their office (during scheduled hours) only to find the entire office dark and locked. Do NOT come here. Its not worth it. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place has made everything such a headache. Do NOT come here

Jamie Sessler: The doctor was very impersonal, did not say hello or good bye. Most importantly, he either did a bad job of checking my chart prior to seeing me or he just dgaf. They found a cavity the first time I was there but I could not afford treatment at that time. On my 6 month follow up I was ready to take care of it. He looked in my mouth for less that a minute then said I was good to go. When I asked about the cavity, he looked confused and had to look at my chart then and there. His poor technicians looked embarrassed for him. I will never go back.

I was there again today for restoration of a “chip” in one of my front teeth. It’s an act of artistry what he does. Amazing work !! Took no responsibility saying it was our fault when proof was given of the 12:30 appt time. But yet they say they are open until 3:00. Take responsibility and maybe there would’ve been a different outcome. Generic response from “Owner”, just a change in the name of the person writing the review. Let’s be honest, aspens are not going anywhere even if they get multiple bad reviews.
