KI 1000: The front staff was nice and the move fast, the I had a few issues. They used X-rays I had from 3 years ago. I thought they were going to give me an X-ray that same day, I mentioned it and the doctor asked where the pain was I told him, but the assistant I had. Her demeanor just rubbed me the wrong way. Short and terse like she was agitated. I take a lot of things into consideration some places really don’t train staff on customer/client services. I expressed how I felt because it made me feel uncomfortable. But everyone else cool, but I’m not feeling this location.

Very caring and loving personality. Super professional at work. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole cleaning process and made me aware whats going on the entire time.
