I saw Dr. Rub, and he did my evaluation and my crowns Elizabeth did the cleaning and Samantha set everything up. I am blown away by the quality of service, cleanliness, clarity of service, and the friendliness of the entire staff. 10/10.

Taylor Banaszak Had a cavity on my front tooth and they offered options. I went with capping both front teeth since I wanted them to match and be the best they could be cosmetically. The staff is pleasant and really easy to deal with, even when my insurance declined they payment and I had to call them and get it straightened out. The dentist was quick, efficient and actually heard me when I said the crowns didnt feel right at first...he was attentive and made sure I was comfortable and he assistant was excellent. Overall a good experience and Ill continue using them going forward.

Jasmin E. Torres Everyone at East Tremont Dental is wonderful and Dr. Rub is excellent. I had a cavity and crown replacement on adjoining teeth and he was so patient with me throughout the procedure. This office absorbed patients from my former dentist so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it’s been a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable during my visits. Dr McLean is a knowledgeable professional took the time to listen to my complaints and explain the care needed for my dental problems . He seemed very concerned about my care and dental health. Doc is a caring dentist I trust with my dental needs. His dental office is very clean and equipment clean and sanitary. Would recommend him to friends and family.

Sarah Adjei This is the best dentist spot I have ever been to. The staffs are kind, the place is clean. This place is also in a good location as well. The doctors are really kind and they listen to my concerns about my tooth/teeth. I had a tooth treatment with Dr.McLean that took around 5-6 visits and he made me feel less nervous about the tooth procedure. I noticed how well my tooth healed after my procedure even when I didn’t take any pain killers. Not to mention the appointment time wait isn’t long either.

They are extremely professional and compassionate and I would definitely recommend them. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants, the dental hygienists and of course all of the dentists. I just had my teeth cleaned by Nicole, the dental hygienist and she was wonderful! Pamela Hyman Took a while to be seen, however when your called they take care of you rather quickly. I had a tooth extraction and the dentist was quick and efficient, I barely had or felt any pain. I would definitely recommend this location.

C. Quarrie The dentist was delayed. We were informed. When he arrived, the first thing he did was apologize and give an explanation for his lateness. The staff was friendly and kept you informed. They moved pretty quickly. Extraction went pretty smoothly. Recovery time allotted yet not very detailed. I would go again. Also, Getting a close, within the week appointment is a big plus.

diamond styles Dr.Brecher was amazing. I like how he informed me they pull one tooth at a time . Which was easier for me rather pulling both out and being in pain. I did not have pain after the surgery. surgery was about 30 mins. It was quick.

Nikky Dynasty I went to Glad Dental with horrible pain, a root canal was done and then a horrible infection came weeks after swelling my entire face. i went in for an emergency and they fixed everything. infection was gone swelling was gone i was very happy. 8 more root canals were down, crowns approved and here we are a month later with no response to text, no response to calls and my teeth are blackening from decay root removal. now pain on the teeth that had the root canal. As far as work being done yes id recommend. but follow ups and answering the phone i am very upset about. over a month and still waiting for an appointment for crowns walking around with teeth that are decaying and blackening.. absurd.

Nyasia Salgado First and foremost I would like to say Carol and Denise are the only reason I remained calm at my daughter’s appointment. Dr. Y had TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER. My 9 year old was scared to get a root canal and moved back while Dr.Y was attempting to administer the anesthesia. He caught and attitude scrunched up his face and proceeded to talk to my daughter like if she was an adult. “I’m not waisting my time here and waiting 30 minutes to a hour you know you came to pull a tooth so get it together or you can go home”. A BUNCH MORE was said that I can’t type because we will be here all day! As I attempted to calm my child down and give her a pep talk and explain the danger of grabbing the needle or moving away he told me to stop and be quiet as I was not helping. I truly don’t know who the hell this dentist thinks he is or how the hell he manages to deal with patients because he has ZERO bed side manner, his facial expressions are rude, he’s constantly cutting you off or telling you to be quiet And he also is hearing disabled so he’s doing all of this whole yelling at the top of his lungs. I gave 1 star because I couldn’t leave his zero. Carol and Denise are sweet and deserve a much better work environment. Don’t bring your kids here and do hit Waste your time!

Laquin Hooper Friendly staff, a bit of long wait time so please expect that. Have all your identification info. ready to make things quicker. Dr. Choi and Dr. Brown absolute best ones in the building. If you encounter these two, you are in the best care around. Highly recommend those two. Very clean, three bathrooms (one men, one women, one neutral), not a lot of seating but its enough. A lot of children, so expect a lot of noise. They will announce your name on the loud speaker system and if you miss their call, they will come out and look for you. Greatly appreciated. Overall i had great experiences.

They took me in because I had an emergency with an abscess and I was very thankful and appreciative. They was kind at the window and the doctors and the nurses were also kind and they handle me gently because I was a little nervous having an oral surgeon removed my tooth and drain the abscess. People always complain about the time, but they have to understand. Dentist has a lot to do when it comes to customers mouths and they also deserve breaks. So don’t let the reviews about the times that they was there that long to be seen on their appointments to make the place look bad for you Everyone is not always satisfy, and they always have something to say.But the staff to me was nice I cannot speak for nobody else. If you have an emergency as far as abscess like I had and came in as a walk-in, trust me, they will see you. Because I was told by a doctor, the walk-ins were For emergencies only in the case like mine. If there’s anything minor is best to make an appointment.

Joalie If I could give zero stars I would. I was seen today dr lajara CUT MY FACE 2x upper right lip and bottom left lip ! What in the absolute hell.. in all my 28 years never has a dentist cut my face its minor hopefully won’t leave a scar but still that’s bizarre. He was very rough and messy it was actually scary and very uncomfortable. I’ve never ever experienced a cleaning like the one he gave me. Wouldn’t go here if my life depended on it.

criscillia Today was one of the most troubling days of my life. I was medically voliated at this office. I was scheduled for an appointment at 12:00 p.m. I arrived at 11:50 a.m. The front desk explained to me that I would have to wait one hour, because the back is full. It was not accurate to me, because I am a scheduled patient. I then requested to speak with the manager. The office manager Alex came out and told me oh well I should have picked up yesterday. He took it upon himself to reschedule me without my consent. I explained to him this was not ok, and requested his name. He stated I had to wait the hour, so I did.The audacity to be blatantly rude when you are inconveniencing me. Yet, I had to be the understanding one. At 1:05p.m, he came back out to retrieve 2 other patients. I asked him whats his problem, I waited why am I being skipped now. He stated to me you still here, get out. I retrieve my records and was medically neglected,disrespected, and disregarded. This incident was totally unacceptable and I was inappropriately handled. How can someone like you be an office manager for health care and treat their patients in this manner. THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSURD.

Ashley McKie Dr Kim was super helpful and informative! However the woman at the front desk seems like she hates her job and was rude not only to me, but to her other male coworker at the desk. Front desk clerks are there to provide customer service and help not attitude and passive aggression.

The entire process was seamless, and I didn’t feel a single moment of pain. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her patients are unmatched. Karen Díaz I had the biggest tooth ache and needed to do an emergency tooth extraction and no other dental clinic was willing to help me and provide service on the same day. On top of that, the other clinics kept telling me that they did not take my health insurance, and that I needed to pay out of pocket for the whole extraction. Thank God I was able to contact this clinic, and offered me help right away. Dr. Ryan Shargel was an angel send from heaven. Very professional, and attentive. He offered me a solution right away, and they performed the extraction on the same day. No pain, and the whole staff was amazing, from the front desk, all the way to the Doctors and dental assistant. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a professional, dedicated dental clinic.

Chris Goris “Dentistry dedicated to excellence” a lie. They refuse to take my partners insurance in advance in order to get it verified. Just to tell him that he needed to wait an hour upon arrival to get the insurance verified. After waiting to hear back from the insurance company they stated that they do not participate with his insurance after already being a patient there a few months prior. This is extremely unorganized. People take off work to show up to an appointment just to wait an hour and get no work done and be told that their appointment isn’t covered through their insurance. Medical practices such as this need to have insurances verified in advance so people aren’t taking off work for no reason. Needless to say do not schedule an appointment at this practice unless you’re okay receiving a subpar medical experience. Extremely disappointing.

Lerdy Parra This was by far one of my worst visits to a dentist. Unfortunately I do not remember her name. She was incredibly careless in her approach and inconsiderate of my time. I waited over an hour in the exam room, only to receive a cleaning that didn’t even last a minute. When I expressed concerns about my chipped front teeth, she walked away without acknowledging them, leaving me to wait another half hour. The lack of communication was frustrating beyond words, and I had to ask multiple times what was going on. When she finally proceeded with my filling, it was a complete disaster. Water ran down my nose, and I left the facility with burnt lips, uneven, rough teeth, and a filling that still causes pain two weeks later. My teeth feel uneven, and I’m genuinely concerned about the quality of the work done. It feels like this doctor either doesn’t care about her patients or is more focused on rushing through appointments to bill insurance. After posting this review, my next step is reporting her to the Department of Health. I also intend to contact my insurance to ensure they aren’t billed for this poor service. Additionally, the front desk staff were indifferent and acted like they didn’t even see me, which added to the overall unprofessional experience. This was horrible. I would strongly advise others to avoid this office.

Fareed was great getting me checked in and scanned, and was so patient and kind throughout the process. Dr. Barnett was fantastic. They were still using film radiology instead of the more modern and advanced digital technology. As a result, they were unable to see everything clearly, which greatly concerned me. After my appointment at this office, I decided to seek a second opinion from a different dental office. To my dismay, the new dentist discovered decay on the inner side of my front teeth that the dentist at Lieberman and Barnett, DDS office had clearly missed. This revelation left me quite disappointed and concerned about the quality of care I had received. Furthermore, during my visit to the new dental office, I was informed that I had been unknowingly grinding my teeth at night. The dentist there took a CT scan of my teeth and showed me clear evidence of the damage I had caused to my upper teeth. I was shocked to learn that the dentist at Lieberman and Barnett, DDS had neglected to mention this important information to me. Overall, my experience with this dental office was extremely poor. Their outdated technology and lack of attention to detail resulted in a neglect of my dental health. I hope that they can improve their practices to provide better care for their patients in the future.
