1 /5 ayla gale: okay i hate to do this because i feel really bad but i came in today for a trim and asked for only 1 inch off. i told the lady cutting my hair i just wanted the inch off and thats it and i really wanted to trust that it would be fine, because these are professionals, right? no. wrong. i have never had a more butchered haircut in my life. she showed me, and i said super nicely that i felt like it looked uneven in some of places and she replied “it just needs to be brushed when you get home!”
it infact did not “just need to be brushed”.. i got out of this chair and immediately put my hoodie back on to hide my hair, paid the full price and didnt complain, and just cried walking back to my boyfriends car. we brushed it as soon as we got into the car and he was literally jaw dropped at how bad it was. he felt so bad that he drove me to a different place 15 minutes later and payed for me to get it fixed.
im sorry if this is mean but im only 16 and even i knew i shouldnt have paid for it but i just didnt want to be mean.
