5 /5 Latina Khalil: I recently moved upstate from the city where there are Dominican Hair Salons everywhere. I was nervous I wouldnt find a place that had experience with my curls. I am so happy someone recommended Yolanda. She is so caring and kind and definitely knows what she is doing. In fact, I think this is the best wash and set I have ever received. She did the best wash ever and handled my curls with care. She even gave me suggestions for hair products I can use for my curls. It has been about a week and my hair still looks great! So happy I found a place!:)

3 /5 26cuddles: I’ve went to Yolanda twice. The first time was a decent experience, only thing that I can say is that she doesn’t use the roller brush when she blow dries your hair, she uses a comb. I just moved to the area and where I’m originally from I’m used to Dominican salons using the roller brush which gives your hair more body and bounce. The second time I went to get my hair done by Yolanda, I felt as if she didnt care for my curls. I have very kinky hair and it’s important to be gentle. Yolanda recommended a relaxer or keratin which I was offended. I havent put a relaxer in my hair for over 4 years and my hair gets very straight after a roller set and blow dry. Yolanda also did not detangle my hair and used a small toothed comb to comb out my curls before placing the rollers. There were tons of hair in the comb as I feel she was damaging my hair. Again, i have kinky curly hair. A wide tooth comb would have been more appropriate. I’m disappointed because anyone with a license should know how to care for all types of hair and different textures. Unfortunately I will not be returning back to Yolanda.

5 /5 Katrina Colleton: She is phenomenal she is the only hairdresser that straightens my hair and it doesnt smell burnt I would recommend everyone including my own mother to get their hair done from Yolanda she never overcharges She is Truly a blessing in disguise Yolanda is always pleasant and inviting and the atmosphere in the salon is comfortable and relaxed
