Princess Forever: Worst experience of my life. I went the day before my appointment and had an hour consultation with all of the workers in the salon. The next day ‘Kate’ did the coloring. As you can see it is completely the wrong tone of blonde so much so that I couldn’t even use the extremely expensive extensions I had bought to perfectly match the tone of blonde I wanted. All of the staff proceeded to gaslight me and tell me it looked fine although it was obviously completely the wrong color and nothing what I had asked. They had the AUDACITY to ask me to pay $300 for this!!! I did not for obvious reasons. Save yourself, and your hair and DO NOT GO HERE!!! (Photos show the tones she did, how much she damaged my hair, as well as what I wanted)
