Amanda Austin Stylists beware!!! If you are a woman who has a steady business you will be watched and the state board called on you for no apparent reason. It’s unfortunate that as a legally licensed business owner you’re still not safe. I have been a client of Done Classy Hair Salon for years and to see my hairstylist going through unprecedented prejudices, microaggressions and passive aggression from other stylists in the building is unbelievable. I wish nothing but the best for all stylists of Phenix Salons but to see this type of treatment has given me a sense that humanity still has so much more to learn.

jade v thank god for margaret!! she fixed my sweet 16 hair. I got it done at a salon and it ended up looking so bad so we went to the nearest salon and she was willing to do my hair last minute. she was so awesome and my hair turned out amazing.

faith l Absolutely love my experience! I am always greeted with smiles when I walk in the door. My hairstylists name is Makayla, she takes her time and listens to my complicated hair styles and always executes perfectly! I recommend dropping by as I will be returning soon! :)

Taylor Winton Nina is the only person I will ever trust to touch my hair! This salon is always super clean and welcoming. Youll always come out looking like a million bucks.

Breanna Vandyk Don’t use this place if you want to keep the hair on your head. After a year of hell, knots beyond belief, and having to cut off 6 inches of my hair I finally feel the need to share. I went to this salon and asked for the first picture. I left with it looking like the second picture, nothing what I asked for. My hair then became extremely knotty, started breaking off. It was impossible to even get a brush through. I never had knotty hair. I went back to my original hairdresser who had to cut my hair off because it was so over processed and damaged from what they did. A year later I am still dealing with the remaining hair that was damaged by them which will take years to grow out. I’ve spent hundreds on products, deep conditioning salon treatments, and lost the hair that took years to grow out. I absolutely do not recommend this place. They do not know what they’re doing in the slightest. My easy going hair has now turned into the biggest hassle.

Patricia Hartley Technicians are always on time. Sun Spa is meticulously clean. Services are always completed well. This is my go-to place for waxing and cut, color, and blow-outs.

Princess Forever Worst experience of my life. I went the day before my appointment and had an hour consultation with all of the workers in the salon. The next day ‘Kate’ did the coloring. As you can see it is completely the wrong tone of blonde so much so that I couldn’t even use the extremely expensive extensions I had bought to perfectly match the tone of blonde I wanted. All of the staff proceeded to gaslight me and tell me it looked fine although it was obviously completely the wrong color and nothing what I had asked. They had the AUDACITY to ask me to pay $300 for this!!! I did not for obvious reasons. Save yourself, and your hair and DO NOT GO HERE!!! (Photos show the tones she did, how much she damaged my hair, as well as what I wanted)

Christine My experience has been absolutely wonderful! Not only does my hair look great, but everyone at the salon works together to make the best out of your visit. I actually had a great time as well and a great cut and color! Best Salon! I will certainly keep coming back!

Donna OHanlon Embellished is the best salon. Nadine and her crew make everyone feel comfortable from the time I walk in till the time I leave. Ive known Nadine for over 25 years and she always keeps my hair looking wonderful that I always get compliments. My sister has traveled 1 1/2 hours to get her hair done, my 3 daughters and my granddaughter all get there hair done. They listen to our wants and I need help deciding what to do but they are all there to make sure you look great. You won’t be disappointed with any of their services Thanks guys your the best

The moment I walked in I was offered a warm towel and beverage while waiting for my treatment. The facial experience left my skin feeling smooth, hydrated, and deeply cleansed. Her expertise and knowledge ensured I got the most out to the service, as well as going beyond my expectations. Upon the end of my treatment I was handed a freshly brewed tea, a simple gesture, but these types of thoughtful add ons truly stand out to me. I have had other facial experiences, but this one truly stands alone, simply due to the thought and care I received from the first minute until the very moment I left. I cannot wait to book my next appointment!!

Natalia Graham As always amazing from start to finish!! Maryalana is phenomenal. Her customer service is unmatched. The spa bed is heavenly-heated and plush! All of her facials are amazing! Invigorating, refreshing, relaxing and rejuvenating! It is like a journey for your senses. I love that every time you think it is over, there is one more step-because you never want it to end. And the best part is you leave there with your skin glowing.

B B My Mom & I started off Mother’s Day weekend with fabulous facials. The atmosphere at Hudson Valley House of Wellness is so warm and welcoming. Our esthetician Maryalana was absolutely amazing. We both left with our skin glowing & can’t wait to return. So thrilled to have found this local gem.

Patty Huss I have traveled near and far to get a good haircut! I have gone to NYC to a place that only cuts curly hair and came out in tears. Gone to countless salons throughout the years, always disappointed. Last year I came upon Belezza in my hometown. I walked in made an appointment and have now found “my” place. Danielle is great, I have loved my haircuts from her every time. I’ve finally stopped searching!

Ann Linsky I went in cold, never having been there before. My hair going in was nothing like the way I wanted it to be cut and colored so it was hard to explain. However, Chris got the color absolutely the right shade and the cut was better than I thought was possible. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, never having seen me before, I wasnt rushed or treated like just "another haircut". It was a wonderful experience since I desperately needed a little pampering.

I moved back to Orange County from Jersey City in 2022 and she has been doing my hair ever since I saw her magical instagram. Not only is she sweet, authentic, and smart. But she also will work with you and offer advice on what is best for your hair. She knows her craft and I just love her.

Skyler Swanson Bomba is the best salon! Dom always colors my hair the exact way I want it while keeping it healthy. Ashleigh always makes me feel so refreshed and my skin has never looked better, thanks to her. I would never let anyone elses hands ever touch my face!

Lynn Z Jenna did magic on my hair! With only one treatment, she transformed my hair from blackish brown to this (see pictures) with little damage. My hair remained smooth, frizz-free and breakage-free. In addition, everyone was so friendly at the salon. I cant wait to go back for my second treatment!

theresa haas Its a cute and CLEAN place. There are many rooms in this place, farmhouse/ Rustic design which I love. I honestly didnt feel like I belonged there because all of the ladies there are gorgeous, and I went in there like a slop. But - Sue is the one who cut my hair. She gave me good advice about styling it and washing it ( I was told I have a horses mane for a head of hair). So she thinned some parts but made it stylish and easy to manage. I cant complain, I have had more expensive cuts than this one, but this one I think was worth it.

Christine Dugan I’ve been going to Jenna at Creative for about 2 years now. She had an available appointment when I needed it and I loved my hair so much that first time I stayed with her. I have never loved my hair like I do now. She was able to get it the exact color I’ve been desiring and I leave each time loving my hair. For a full time working mom- the other added bonus is how fast she works. I’m in for a root touch up and blow out in under an hour and a half. Everyone there is always so nice and welcoming. I’m happy to give this salon and my girl Jenna 5 stars ⭐️ all the way!

Deanna and Alyssa provided excellent service for my husband (facial & hot stone massage.) He talked about how comfortable and relaxed the atmosphere was. This was an appreciation gift from me to him. Noelle Ferguson Mimi did an incredible job with my hair extensions. She was professional, provided the education necessary to care for my hair and was meticulous to detail, which led to my hair turning out absolutely amazing! I walked out of the salon and 10 minutes later I received compliments. She is very personable and was great to talk to while getting my hair done. She also made sure to accommodate my schedule and needs, which made booking with her a breeze! Mimi repeatedly stated that if I have any questions or concerns that I can contact her. I look forward to my next appointment and highly recommend Mimi for hair extensions!

Jennifer Bowers I have been getting lash extensions for around 4 years, and my experience with Mimi has been my best to date! My lashes have never looked so LUSH!! My retention is amazing, and her aftercare instructions have been beneficial for my retention! She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her craft and I highly recommend her!!!! If you are looking for lush, full and absolutely gorgeous lashes, look no further! Mimi is your gal!

Martarina Crumb Mimi is absolutely amazing. The work she does is beyond beautiful. I constantly get compliments from strangers, my friends & family about how gorgeous my lash extensions look. She makes you feel so comfortable during your session. I was so nervous when I got them done the first time but she made me feel so comfortable & I’ve been going ever since! Yes, her work is amazing but she is such a kindhearted soul too which makes it even better. I highly recommend coming to Mimi!!

Yessi Hdz Highly recommend, been getting services from Alex for the past 9 years. He has been my daughters stylish just to mention she is in the spectrum and he does a magnificent job dealing with her behavior. While cutting her hair.

Debi Bee Chris and Alex made me feel right at home. Alex did my hair in the balayage style and it came out perfect. My hair is so soft and healthy with Alex’s help I can keep my hair healthy and beautiful. They also do make-up, lashes, and hair cuts for adults and children. This was a great choice!

Emma Certo Had such a great first experience with Ophelia. She did such a great job on my eyebrows. The place I was previously going to wasn’t making me happy and she finally made me love my eye brows. Great atmosphere and very friendly. Clean and organized work space. Highly recommend!

Sharon Murphy What more great things can I say!! It’s been a little over a week since I got my eyebrows done. I have received so many compliments from people that love ❤️ the outcome of my eyebrows that Ophelia did. I feel like a new woman and they opened my face. I always had pretty eyes when I was younger but when I started getting gray hair in them, it made me look older. I showed Ophelia an old picture of me, and told her I wanted my eyes to stand out again. I was anxious when I first got to my appointment and explained to her that I was nervous but she was very understanding and as she was working on my eyes, she asked me how I was feeling. She took her time explaining each step one by one. After she was finished, I looked in the mirror and couldn’t believe how wonderful of a job she did. She sculpted and made my eyes stand out again. I had a wonderful experience. Now I’m constantly getting compliments from people who see my eyes and think they look fabulous. Thanks again Ophelia.

Erin Warner I normally don’t leave reviews but I want to let you guys know that I liked this place as someone who does not always like getting hair cuts. I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Maddy was so kind and helpful. I told her what I wanted and also shared some of my experiences getting hair cuts and what I did and didnt like about them. She listened to me, gave me options and shared her ideas which I liked a lot. I am in love with the results. It was overall a 10/10 experience! Definitely schedule an appointment if you are thinking about it.

The salon smelled like a garden, with hints of lavender and eucalyptus. Maddy and Bre, truly are amazing. Both are incredibly kind, joyful, and professional. Unlike typical salon visits where you might feel judged or lectured, I felt completely heard and enjoyed genuine conversation that reminded me of a lively book club with friends. Maddy gave me a beautiful haircut and worked her magic on my daughter’s hair as well, we left feeling refreshed, uplifted, and excited for our next visit, I highly recommend this salon for anyone seeking a peaceful, joyful, and affirming experience. I’m definitely returning!

Danielle Gugino I had a wonderful experience at The Beauty Hive Salon! The salon is cute and inviting and Breanna made me feel so comfortable as a first-time client. She did a fantastic job on my trim and took the time to explain things, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Breanna and this salon!

Anthony DiMarco Victor is an excellent barber! He is easy to talk to and extremely skilled at his craft. His attention to detail and the time he takes to make sure each cut is exactly how you want it sets him apart from other barbers. I highly recommend this place and Victor specifically. If you’re near Goshen, definitely stop by his shop!

Karl Kraske The barber was a perfectionist and a professional. He cut my hair exactly how I asked and put time and effort into making it perfect. No hair was left on my neck and all for a solid price.

Kim Fox Terry is great! I was a little nervous as a new client and she took the time to get to know me a little before cutting my hair. I had long hair and was looking to cut it shorter and give my hair a little more life. She cut and styled it way better than I couldve imagined. I am so happy with the result and will be back for future haircuts.

Taylor Mull Terry gave me the most beautiful haircut and color after a super detailed consultation!! I’ve never dyed my hair before, and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Terry is by far my favorite hair stylist and I will definitely be coming back!

Chanel Cagle I found The Hair Bar OC on instagram. I had been stalking their page for quite some time, and decided to just go ahead and book. The date that I wanted wasnt available, so I decided to go on the waitlist. Less than an hour later, I had an appointment, the next day, at 8am. Yaaaaaay!!!! Alize was the stylist, and she was very warm and welcoming, when I entered the salon suite. She asked me a few questions about how I care for my natural hair, etc. She began to examine the current state of my hair, then began the Silk Press service. Alize was very gentle, and gave me exactly what I wanted. She provided some hair care tips on how to maintain my style in between visits. I even received her hair oil product, and some styling accessories. The suite was very clean and organized. The service was absolutely AMAZING!!! I love the intimacy of the salon suite. You have a one-on-one session with your stylist, without any distractions. I was in and out and made sure to book with her again!

emmani robinson My experience here was amazing!!!! Alize did an amazing job with my hair. I told her what I wanted and she delivered. It’s luxury hair care ; it is pricey but definitely worth every penny!! Definitely going back to her for another style!!

Michele Wisniewski Paula is amazing.. my last chemo treatment was April 2021 and my hair was out of control.. not healthy at ends when it grew back.. she was the first to cut it since 2021.. she did an amazing job.. long layers.. cut approximately 4 to 5 inches off that were gummy and dry.. she gave me great advice... of how to keep it healthy going forward.. she added this product hair fiber on top of my crown to make it look healthier and fuller .. love love !!! definitely going back.. !! she is personable and listens!!!

Stephanie Tunic I took a chance and found my new hair place! Paula was absolutely wonderful. She listened to exactly what I wanted (balayage coloring and a 4 inch haircut with long layers) and it came out perfectly. I don’t trust people with my hair but this place really deliverered. Highly recommend.

Kimberly Martel On March 28, 2019 I arrived to my appointment with the owner Kathy of impressions salon for a half a head of highlights. My hairdresser will b moving out of state shortly and I figured it was time for me to start looking into a new one. Once foils were put in and processed it was time to wash my hair. As Kathy was taking the foils out she kept adding bleach to my head again in the sink before washing. Immediately I had a bad feeling. Once my hair was washed I received a fast messy blow dry. I stated that I was not happy with my hair. I thought it looked orange/yellow in certain areas. Kathy proceeded to tell me she did not see what I was talking about. To make matters worse she then asked everyone in the salon if they seen what I was talking about. I felt embarrassed as if she was arguing with me about my feelings. It was 8pm at night and Kathy advised me to go home and try purple shampoo knowing I was not a happy customer. It’s like she didn’t care! Then proceeded to charge me $85. I paid it. I went home very upset. Right away I tried the purple shampoo, it made no difference. I then proceeded to try apple cider vinegar, it made no difference. I was extremely upset at this point. I made an appointment with my original stylist (who will b moving out of state shortly) Thankfully she was able to fix most of it. My stylist not only was able to agree with me about the Orange/yellow chunks on my head but showed me that I didn’t even receive a half of head of highlights. Kathy only did the top. I had roots beyond roots in the middle of me head. Impressions charged me $85 and out of the kindness of my hairdressers heart she only charged me $65. I don’t know if Kathy had a bad day but I will not be going back nor would I recommend this salon to anyone. As a business owner I feel like she was extremely unprofessional about the situation.
