1 /5 Sonya Kiss: Sadly, I need to leave this review. Though I found the staff and dr Karen to be pleasant, I was not happy or satisfied with how things ran. I made an appointment for tooth pain, and that appointment was canceled, but they were able to get me in with a hygienist for a cleaning and x-rays. I then made a follow up appointment, but that was rescheduled. Then, I got a message that they were canceling my appointment and would be in touch to reschedule. Well, life happened and 2 months later I called inquiring about rescheduling that appointment. I was told âoh, I donât know how you fell through the cracksâ and got it rescheduled. That one got canceled and weâre on repeat. Finally, my last appointment, I got in my vehicle to leave, and got a call from the office, 30 minutes prior to my appointment, that it had to be canceled. Very frustrating, especially when one is dealing with issues.
If this was addressed properly and in a timely manner, I wouldnât have had to have the extensive work done, that I just went through. But because of the continual cancellations, the problem got worse.
I was always giving the office the benefit of the doubt. As i stated earlier, the staff are pleasant people. Itâs just frustrating when youâre in a customer service business and constantly canceling the appointment. May need to rethink your line of business.
