Michelle Margeson Staff is genuinely kind and helpful. Techs are really good about explaining the process before and during work. Dr. M is thoughtful about his answers to questions and isn’t overly technical. While I am an adult patient, I’ve witnessed how good they are with children. Putting them ease and making the environment and processes less scary.

Tami Moore Everyone in the entire office is awesome to deal with. They are always friendly, helpful and compassionate. I have anxiety issues and they have taken their time and have been so patient. Dr. Doaga is the best! He listens to you and explains things to you. I don’t feel like just another number to them. I highly recommend them!!

Robert Donley I had a Dental Cleaning today performed by Hygienist Morgan. Morgan is very personable, and described each step of the procedure. The process was thorough and professional. I am especially appreciative of the follow-up exam by the Dentist. The Office Staff, the Hygienists, and the Dentists create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

He and the office were very accommodating to us transferring in from another orthodontist in another area and provided excellent treatment. Now I am back to the office seeing his son Dr. Ryan Koch for myself! Again, I am extremely impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the office. The initial consultation appointment is totally free, including panoramic x-rays, photos and digital impressions of the teeth. Dr. Ryan took time to answer all my questions and explained all of my options thoroughly. The level of technology used just keeps increasing! I am excited to begin treatment with Invisalign and would definitely recommend Koch Orthodontics to anyone of any age considering braces!

Sherri Krohn Finding a dentist you can trust can be difficult, but the providers at Summit Family Dental were welcoming, thoroughly, and accommodating. They were not pushing expensive treatment and very honest about any recommendations for myself and my children. The hygienist was gentle and ensured I was comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor removed a wisdom tooth and I did not even feel a thing!

The hygienist are always friendly and do an amazing job taking care of your teeth. The front desk staff is always friendly and smiling. As much as anyone can enjoy going to the dentist I do I would recommend this office and practice to anyone!

The change in the practice has been amazing- from Val and crew at the desk to texting with Dr. Guset, affordable night guard replacements, and now the excellent care from Dr Savidis, Peggy and the rest of the team. Julie DaVis Relief, friendly, and thorough staff. The dental assistant Kylie was so kind, and had an amazing technique when doing my dental x-rays. Normally, it’s very painful, and the instruments fall out of my mouth. But this was smooth and painless. The dentist was so kind and encouraging, and nonjudgmental. This was an enjoyable experience for me at the dentist which Normally, I cannot say this.

Sonya Kiss Sadly, I need to leave this review. Though I found the staff and dr Karen to be pleasant, I was not happy or satisfied with how things ran. I made an appointment for tooth pain, and that appointment was canceled, but they were able to get me in with a hygienist for a cleaning and x-rays. I then made a follow up appointment, but that was rescheduled. Then, I got a message that they were canceling my appointment and would be in touch to reschedule. Well, life happened and 2 months later I called inquiring about rescheduling that appointment. I was told ‘oh, I don’t know how you fell through the cracks’ and got it rescheduled. That one got canceled and we’re on repeat. Finally, my last appointment, I got in my vehicle to leave, and got a call from the office, 30 minutes prior to my appointment, that it had to be canceled. Very frustrating, especially when one is dealing with issues. If this was addressed properly and in a timely manner, I wouldn’t have had to have the extensive work done, that I just went through. But because of the continual cancellations, the problem got worse. I was always giving the office the benefit of the doubt. As i stated earlier, the staff are pleasant people. It’s just frustrating when you’re in a customer service business and constantly canceling the appointment. May need to rethink your line of business.

Lori Grabar Today, I visited a dentist named Dr. Karen at Calm Dental. Ive seen a lot of doctors and dentists in the past three months, but Dr. Karen was different. She was honest and kind, and she took the time to listen to me and understand my needs. Her staff was also very friendly and helpful. I left the office feeling happy and with an appointment to come back in June. Im so glad I found Calm Dental!

Kendra Michael Omg, Im literally crying! Rest peacefully Dr Freeman. I was searching online from Florida to book an appointment because hes the only dentist I trusted & I didnt have anxiety with. The number was disconnected and the site is down so I did a google search and saw that he passed away last year. Thank you, Dr Freeman for your patience and understanding with me. He was very detailed oriented and realized that I needed more numbing meds than the average person. He helped restore my smile and worked with me as I paid out of pocket 7 years ago. I pray that he is resting peacefully.

Amber Burdick I have been going to Dr. Freeman since 2014 with the same insurance for my son and myself. I’ve never had a bad experience there, until I called to make an apt for a chipped tooth that was causing horrible pain and the receptionist rudely exclaimed they no longer accept essential plans and hung up without saying another word. Thank goodness for Mosaic Health in Mount Morris for taking me, no questions asked. I have never been talked to so rudely by someone in customer service, and I have never been dropped from a doctors/dentist when I’ve had the same insurance for 10 years, which I pay for every month, so I guess what I have found is that Dr. Freeman doesn’t “care” for his patients he does his job and gets paid. As for the receptionist who couldn’t even give me a list of dentist near by to try, let alone even say goodbye before hanging up on me, you should choose a career path far away from customer service. This is my first review I have ever given, which should tell you how awful these people were to me, and probably so many others that were dropped out of nowhere!!

Maddy KH Lovely, caring staff, both at front desk and in examination room. They always do their best to put me at ease. I was so anxious to get my implant done, but they were extremely patient with me and explained the process as they worked. Although my first surgery had an issue healing, they were quick to correct the problem at no extra cost to me, and I healed well the second time. Dr. Lee is very kind and knowledgeable, and I feel confident in his work.

Gabrielle Drone Dr. Padilla and his staff are extremely professional. I am so thankful I got a second opinion from him. He took his time to assess my teeth thoroughly, and afterward he even sat down with me for 20 minutes to explain everything and made sure to answer any questions/concerns. I am so thankful for doctors like him - honest and loyal to his clients. Wonderful!!

Miley 598 I went here to get 4 wisdom teeth removed. I came 20 mins early, there was only one other patient, it was first thing in the morning, and to put me under they used an IV, which during my consultation I told them Im scared of needles and requested laughing gas with it, so during the surgery both my bf and mother were in the room with me, they put the mask on me and turned what I thought was the gas on, it definitely wasnt it was just oxygen, so the doctor comes in and was nice at first, but bc I have a very strong fear of needles I start freaking out and his response was "Im trying to help you and I cant unless you do this my way" which makes me freak our more, so the dr says "I have other patients waiting one me so either decide if you wanna do this or leave" he walks out of the room to "check on the other patients" there wasnt any he said during the consultation that he was "booking a hour to do the surgery even tho hell only need 20 mins" so there wasnt any other patients, I had my mom leave, and I turned to the nurse and asked if the gas was still on which it got turned off "bc they thought I wouldnt go thru with the surgery" she turns the gas on, the dr comes back, so I grab my bfs hand he recleans my arm with alcohol and trys the IV again and it hurts and my bf is staring at my arm which ik I cant look down at my arm or Ill freak out, so I told him, look at me, and he sorta did every few seconds hed look at it, later I found out they did something wrong and my bf was staring at my arm bc blood was going everywhere, and my arm stung so much bc they kept cleaning it with alcohol, also later I found out during my surgery I was screaming bloody murder and crying (I was in the far back room and my bf and mother who was in the waiting room in the way front heard it), it took me a week to recover I was bruised and in pain the entire time the meds wouldnt even touch the pain, I found a tooth shard in my gums, I never will go back
