Joe and his team was able to squeeze me in same day to insure I was able to travel home safely. They are very accommodating and transparent. I would recommend for car maintenance and longterm care.

1 /5 Michael Hodgkinson: I heard they were a good repair shop to deal with?? Maybe they were having a bad week. My experience was NOT GOOD. I made an appointment for Thursday morning 8am and dropped my vehicle off. I followed up with a phone call the next day and they said they hadn’t had a chance to look at it. The following Monday same “story”. I decided to move my vehicle to another repair shop after 4 days of BS. Lack of communication and transparency. They could have at least communicated they weren’t going to look at my car for 4 days. I would have brought it else where. I told them I was paying for a rental car daily so they were aware of the urgency. Would never bring my car there and will continue to tell people my BAD experience. When I asked for my keys to move it to another repair shop they didn’t say anything. A simple sorry for the inconvenience would have been nice. Very arrogant and RUDE!
