I was greeted by friendly and efficient office staff and front desk personnel.My hygienist was exceptionally gentle yet through and provided me with a good education on my problem areas. Both Doctors here are true professionals and take time to give a careful exam and explain treatment needs. Catskill Dental is definitely not a large corporate assembly line practice, you are treated as an individual and with a great deal of respect as a patient. Keep up the good work Catskill Dental !

She made me feel we were part of a team and helped me understand not only what she was doing but why. Her suggestions were the same as many but so much more specific. All this while never stopping her work or rushing through processes. Thanks for bringing her on the team at Catskill Dental Care. I look forward to being under her care. She’s a keeper!!

All my clinic visits with them have been satisfying and rewarding. My appointment with the Dental Hygienist was extraordinary. She did an excellent job and demonstrated a genuine interest and concern for my dental care. All the staff I have had contact with have been very pleasant and accommodating. If it has been an oversight to not thank them..... I Thank them all now.

The office is spotless, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the care I received was beyond exceptional. Dr Sterns is truly the best—professional, knowledgeable, and so gentle. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more complex procedure, I always leave knowing I’m in the best hands.
