My 6 year old had his first cleaning and she was absolutely amazing with him! He did so well through the cleaning and X-rays and he had no issues at all and smiled through the whole thing. We’ve been so pleased with our experience with her and will continue to book our cleanings with her.

Danaya Amalia: The dentist and hygienist are great, but the receptionist, Karen, is the issue. After playing phone tag to confirm or reschedule my appointment, I left a voicemail stating that if rescheduling dates were too far out, I’d keep my appointment. Karen later left a message saying the next available dates were in December and to call back with my decision. When I did, she claimed I no longer had an appointment- that I canceled it, when I didn’t, and refused to reinstate it. Even when I mentioned I had her voicemail as proof, she dismissed it, saying, “Well, I don’t save voicemails like you.” Yet, this morning, another staff member called asking if I could still come in—proving Karen’s handling was completely inaccurate and unprofessional. Originally I rated 1 stars, now I’ll give 3. Maybe 4 if Karen no longer works there or perhaps gets customer service training, because everyone else in the office is great.
