1 /5 sharon renker: I registered online for the Urgent Care in Chester. I used the “Reserve your spot option” for an appointment the following day. Website said “My reservation has been submitted successfully” The next day I show up and I call prior to entering as instructed. The receptionist tells me they have no appointments made. After taking my info she says, “If you are a new patient then the reservation will not work” She then asks “What’s going on because me close at 1” (Time was 1230) I tell her my stomach issues and she say “Sounds like you need at CT? We can’t do that here. I can Schedule you for MIddletown”
Not only was I furious about the fact that my appointment wasn’t valid because I was a new patient , but for her to ask what is going on because we close at 1 ? Seriously, what type of health care provider points out their closure time ( They were still open another half hour) If you are so concerned about being out by 1 then have your hours of operation should state “closing at noon”!
If I was able to give them ZERO stars I would have. Unfortunately I can not post with out giving them some sort of rating!
