1 /5 michelle: agree with a review from a year ago talking about scare tactics. Switched to this office and the dentist said I needed three fillings when I’ve never had a cavity in years. Did one of them, got charged an insane amount, trusted my gut and didn’t go back for the rest. Went to a new dentist and they said those procedures were unnecessary. Don’t fall for their tactics and always get a second opinion. Or just don’t waste your time going here. i actually went to the appointment for the second fill in, after taking time to go to the office they then told me my insurance maximum was filled and I had to pay over $1000 out of pocket that day. After I had already made the time to travel to the office. Would’ve been nice to know this before coming. Trusted my gut and just walked out. Don’t let them pressure you and make sure your doctors are transparent.

5 /5 Ted Williams: I’ve been going to Dr. Chung for 14 years, and hope to continue seeing him for as long he practices dentistry. He does excellent work, quickly, and strikes a perfect balance between being proactive in his approach to oral health, while not being pushy about unnecessary procedures. Overall, I have never regretted a single dollar I’ve spent in Dr. Chung’s office.

5 /5 Francisco Pallares: Dr Chung is one of the best medical professionals in my roster. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does and puts a lot of care into caring for your smile. The staff is also incredible. From the receptionist to the hygienists and technicians everyone is always welcoming, friendly and highly skilled. Shout out to Janine for always killing it with my cleanings and being a friend. Ive been coming here for over a decade without missing a single appointment. Ive gotten routine exams and cleanings, fillings, teeth whitening, a night guard. For as long as I live in NYC I will always come here.

5 /5 Alyssa Soni: [Booking the appointment] As most people do, I needed an appointment with a dentist because I was experiencing pain and knew my wisdom teeth needed to come out. I made an appointment with my previous dentist’s referral but my gut told me to keep looking. After searching and reading countless reviews, I saw Dr Song took emergency wisdom tooth extraction appointments and saw me right away. I knew I made the right choice by the way the staff answered the phone, and when I called back with questions regarding the procedure, the staff was empathetic and informative. [Extraction Experience] Dr Song was extremely patient with me and did everything in his power to explain each step and to make sure I was comfortable and pain-free. I’m an apprehensive patient, and they let me watch Netflix, and the hygienist during the procedure even held my hand to help calm my nerves. Since then, I’ve healed nicely thanks to Dr Song’s instructions and amazing extraction method of taking it slow to maximize healing. I’m so happy I found this practice. They are kind, efficient, and knowledgeable.

5 /5 Adam Sirois: Dr. Chung has been my dentist since 2015. He is the best! And his entire team of hygienists and administrative staff are also terrific. The care provided by everyone at Dr. Chungs practice is outstanding. Everyone makes you feel like you are in very capable hands.Plus they are all friendly. I can honestly say that I enjoy going to see my dentist.
