1 /5 Albert: If I could give this office 0 stars I would. I dont normally give reviews but every time I visit this office, there is an extreme and very apparent lack of communication between staff. Most of the time they never know what I am there for and I was told all kinds of incorrect information about my plan and as it turns out, THEY HAD THE WRONG INFORMATION. They somehow told my insurance that I gave them the wrong member ID when they LITERALLY took my card and inputted the information THEMSELVES. Not to mention, I went in to get fitted for new retainers. No one knew why I was there (even though I made an appointment detailing the reason for my visit) and I had to wait hours. After I get fitted, I dont hear from them for MONTHS (for just upper retainers). I go in today for the retainers, and Im told they made nightguards instead of retainers when I never ONCE mentioned the word nightguards to them. Its sad because Ive been going here for years and the good ratings this place has is only because of old management. New management and staff are also rude. Absolute joke of a dental office. Never again.
EDIT: This addition is in response to managements reply to my initial review above. No, I do not want to discuss further, I will be taking my business to a different dental office. Also, If the retainers can take only 15 minutes, why did it take you guys 3.5 MONTHS to get back to me? And yes, you have access to the information I provide, but that still doesnt explain the incompetence and negligence involved in putting in the wrong information and then inconveniencing me/talking about collections is the next step on my balance when YOU guys input the wrong information. Furthermore, as you see, I called my insurance right away as promised, so when I say you guys NEVER ONCE reached out to me, I am telling the wholehearted truth. So please, stop lying because if you did actually contact me, I would have sorted it right away.
