The salon was neat and professional and the staff made you feel like a long time client. Falcon washed my hair and made sure I was comfortable with the water temp and the type wash. Claudia retwisted and styled my hair quickly and PAINLESSLY. I will definitely be going back.

I’m very aware and knowledgeable about caring for my hair type so I always have high expectations of anyone who puts their hand in my hair. I was able to get a wash, conditioning and styling for my short hair. The experience was so rewarding. During the entire process she explained to me how to best care for my hair and empowered me at the same time. I love how relaxed I was. She displayed so much class and respect for myself and the other client who was there. I definitely recommend for women with ethnic hair!!

While I been coming here for a year, I don’t understand why the owner seems to want to viciously wash my hair. Like almost banging into the sink. Like I’m not even exaggerating. My hair isn’t even nappy or nothing. The first time fine. But every time!??? I just can’t. Definitely going to another salon. Used to love it but everytime I leave, I have a dang headache. I’m good!!!!!

Kay Vaz: this salon is full of lies. this salon tells young cosmetology students to come get trained for two weeks with no kind of pay. this is absolutely inhumane and unacceptable for students trying to get experience. exploiting cosmology students is utterly disgusting. they lied about these students getting paid to get trained then them going back on their word. they also lie about the closing times of the salon. would not recommend to anyone looking for work or coming to get your hair done.

Heidi Mercado: Such a Beautiful salon and well maintained but horrible service. I came to lighten my hair to a platinum color. I spoke to the owner and we agreed on the price. Then their was a miscommunication with the stylist and owner. And received a champagne and very brassiness color. I came back so that they can fix it the very next day. The stylists tried very much to lighten it up as much as possible. Its nice but its not what I originally wanted or expect. After trying to fix it they put me under the rollers but wanted to charge me to blow dry my hair!! I don’t recommend this salon. And I blame everything on the owner for only worry about how much to charge me but not letting their staff know what I really want. Poor communication. Never again.
