So my aunt told me about Charo because she does her hair as well as my other aunt. And I must say Charo is amazing her talent for styling hair is outstanding. My hair is growing very healthy and long. And I trust that she knows what my hair needs. All of the stylists are well experienced and knowledgeable about the needs and wants about what your hair needs. I will highly recommend anyone that wants healthy and well styled hair

She has always been very kind and patient with me, using her knowledge and expertise to inform me of ways to keep my hair as healthy as can be. Most stylist would see a problem but not let you know until severe damage is done. However, since Glo has been doing my hair, it as improved in length and body and I owe the progress to her for sure. I highly recommend her because she truly cares about the longevity of healthy natural hair which is truly hard to find these days.

So when my teenage daughter wanted a silk press, I asked her for her stylist - and its the best decision Ive ever made. Gloria and staff are welcoming, friendly and warm. My daughter and I have had some salon nightmares, so this was a breath of fresh air. Gloria is an artist and I can tell she really cares about her clients. The entire staff is super friendly and professional. This location is 2 trains away from us and worth it. Youve got a customer for life!! -haircut and silk press -color services

Kay Vaz: this salon is full of lies. this salon tells young cosmetology students to come get trained for two weeks with no kind of pay. this is absolutely inhumane and unacceptable for students trying to get experience. exploiting cosmology students is utterly disgusting. they lied about these students getting paid to get trained then them going back on their word. they also lie about the closing times of the salon. would not recommend to anyone looking for work or coming to get your hair done.

Heidi Mercado: Such a Beautiful salon and well maintained but horrible service. I came to lighten my hair to a platinum color. I spoke to the owner and we agreed on the price. Then their was a miscommunication with the stylist and owner. And received a champagne and very brassiness color. I came back so that they can fix it the very next day. The stylists tried very much to lighten it up as much as possible. Its nice but its not what I originally wanted or expect. After trying to fix it they put me under the rollers but wanted to charge me to blow dry my hair!! I don’t recommend this salon. And I blame everything on the owner for only worry about how much to charge me but not letting their staff know what I really want. Poor communication. Never again.

Nancy Rodriquez: Not honest people. It’s evident the ladies don’t love their craft which is doing hair. The prices are outrageous even for quick hairstyles. It should be no reason I’m paying $130-$300 for my braids and other styles not to last longer than a week.The boss is a drunk that tells you one price and whisper in the ladies ears to raise the price higher than what’s said on the phone. Washing and styling hair seems to be a chore so I will not return.

Jaycrylics: I booked a same day appointment on style seat. The service was fast and the stylist was very gentle with my hair. After my hair was curled the stylist recommended pin curls and did them for me. My hair reverted back to curls when I washed it. I paid for my service in full on styleseat ($51) but as I was getting my hair blown out I was told that the style would be $65 instead. My hair also had that burnt smell when you get it done with aloe of heat. Overall, my hair lasted longer than a week which surprised me and outweighed anything else that happened. I would recommend this shop but walking in rather than booking online is your best bet.

Analyssa Sainz: On March 24th I went to the salon and got my hair colored by Michael. Attached is a reference picture of what I wanted and what I ended up with. The process Michael put my hair through is not one that I would want anyone else to experience. Although he was nice, the outcome of my hair shows that he was not knowledgeable or honest about executing my desired request. When a client asks for something I believe the stylist should be honest about their skillset and not just execute what they think is best. I found the salon to be a great place with nice employees minus the color I ended up with. Alex Jorge and Michelle did their best to accommodate me and tried to correct the work Michael did which was appreciated. Last photos show the color correction I had done yesterday after giving my hair sometime to rest. Thankfully after 6 hours I was able to get the desired color I wanted before my wedding.
