1 /5 A S: I was a patient for 4 years. Almost every visit I had a terrible experience with the blonde receptionist. Today was the last straw. 2 pm appointment I arrived at 202 the latest. No one noticed I was in the office for a good 10-15 minutes. I was finally brought back and waited and waited. It was 245 when I had enough and asked to be rescheduled. She said I couldn’t and I said don’t even worry about I will be going somewhere else. She is the same lady that has locked the door as I was walking into my appointment 10 minutes late after confirming to another worker I was running late and I was parking I was walking into the building. I knocked and knocked and the lady I spoke to on the phone was clueless about the door being locked. The blonde receptionist locked the door and said I was too late for my appointment and forced me to reschedule my appointment….but she wouldn’t reschedule an appointment for today that I waited 45 minutes for and couldn’t wait any longer because I had to return to work.

1 /5 Ashley Argese: When I first started going here, I thought it was good - mainly the nice lady who cleaned my teeth. However, when I had to get some basic fillings -- they were done so poorly by the dentist that I had to go back mutilple times to get them fixed. And it was like pulling teeth to get more than a couple words from the dentist. Patients need explanations! One time I went back to get a filling fixed and the doctor said I wouldnt be charged (multiple times). But while I was there the lady at the front desk kept coming in and interrupting the appointment and trying to make him charge me. If the dentist himself says he doesnt want to charge me, WHY WOULD YOU TRY TO? Just started going to a new dentist and they are finding a lot of mistakes and told me it looked like my teeth hadnt been cleaned in years. I wanted to like it, but just not a good experience.

1 /5 John Talone: Decent dental care however my appointment was cancelled with less than 30 minutes notice this morning. I was called by office staff as I was walking in - maybe 5 minutes away. I was the first scheduled patient of the day. Major inconvenience and unprofessional. I will not return.

5 /5 Aleah Forell: I had a great new patient appointment. Helen was extremely thorough and kind during my cleaning. She checked in frequently to make sure she wasn’t causing any pain and explained everything she was doing before she did it. I felt very comfortable and grateful for my visit and look forward to visiting again in 6 months!

5 /5 Christopher Card: Just had my first exam and cleaning here. My experience was great! The staff was so kind and I had no wait times whatsoever. My hygienist was so kind, which helped the anxiety I had previously had during dental visits at other locations. I leave my appointment feeling amazing and like I have brand new teeth!
