2 /5 Jae Oliveira: The nurse practitioner I have and her nurse are absolutely amazing. They respond promptly and care about their patients. The front desk/reception is making me consider finding a new practice. They are completely rude and just try to get their work with patients over with as soon as possible. They’re disrespectful and will only do the bare minimum to help.

5 /5 Danielle Anechiarico: We have Megan as our pediatrician and she’s absolutely amazing she’s so caring and loving towards our twins. The nurses are great and the receptionists are super friendly we’ve never had an issue here.

1 /5 o: Was ok at first but after my first appointment the receptionist in registration was insulting me behind my back, my gf in the waiting room to overhear it. After going back again the doctor was pretty rude to me for no reason, didnt help me, and left me waiting in the room without telling me I could go. I didnt even get to mention another issue, so if I go back again for it ill just be treated even worse. Now I have no doctor and need care

1 /5 Jill Carroll: Walk in hours seemed convenient until the Dr in service was Diane Braden. She had me waiting close to an hr, was rude, and is now refusing to sign paperwork stating she saw me that day and treated me. This practice is all about money, at this point telling me I have to come in for a 15 minute appointment to see the dr even though I am healthy! They bill your insurance based off of time blocks, it’s all just a business to them. Diane Braden doesn’t deserve to have a job! I’m switching Drs to one that actually cares about his patients not just money

1 /5 metro skyes: Worst office Ive ever been to. Ive been trying to switch but the office physically cant figure out how to actually send out prescriptions. Theres been times it took two weeks for a script even though Ive called multiple times through each week. My final straw was I called on Friday for a script and was supposed to be due today and of course to no ones surprise they didnt bother to send it. Dont waste your time. They need to close this office because everyone there is incredibly lazy and cant be bothered to do their job

Anthony Phillips: Always have a pleasant experience over 20 plus years but yesterday on 12 9 2024 we were greeted by a medical assistant that did not say a word except room 2 after this she came in and didnt say anything to us she took temp, oxygen level and blood pressure and instead of asking me to step onto the scale she just asked me my weight Im sorry but I think you need to explain to her she needs to show a little compassion after all these years I have never had to write a review like this Im sorry to the rest of the employees that I had to do this.

I dont have my smile anymore my gap is bigger my teeth dont match and he ground down my canines at least in the back cant really notice in the front I do not recommend him as a dentist and their office doesnt remind you of an appointment and takes you off of their client list if you miss an appointment because they didnt call you to remind you I know its kind of on me but its also kind of on them too its their job to remind us worst dentist ever

Christine K: The lack of ability of this office to get an MRI sent to an actual place that does them is astounding. My husband was seen weeks ago and sent for an MRI - so far to three different places that cant even do one. We asked it to be sent to the SPHP network since none of their 3 locations could schedule it. Finally, after numerous phone calls and promises, a new script was sent to the new imaging location. FOR AN XRAY. Weve spoken to numerous office members and just nothing has gotten resolved. As of today, we are back to an MRI being canceled and an XRay being ordered again (he already had one). Im just disgusted with the entire thing. I wouldnt recommend this nightmare to anyone. Meanwhile, my husband is in agony, cannot sleep, and whatever hes going to need, this office has made it painfully impossible to get to the next step of making a treatment plan. Absolute incompetence.

o: Dr mckeon has been extremely rude every single time ive seen her over the course of 2 years. She has never once helped me, ignores me, refuses to treat condition i need treated, but tries to force me to take meds that i very clearly told her will make me kill myself. One time she just left, and didnt tell me the appointment was over or anything. I just sat in the room waiting until a nurse told me she had no idea why the doctor just left me there

Sienna Banana: He is an exceptional dr. He is very pleasant and unjudgemental. It may seem, sometimes, that in the busy hectful days at the office, he isnt listening, He is. He doesnt leave any loose ends . He has no hesitation in ordering additional tests or recomending a specialist. His Nurse is great. Any time that I have called the office with concerns, the Nurse has returned my call within 2 hours. Ive been seeing Dr. Merkhan for almost 25 years. And I feel lucky. At one time I was going through some issues, he called me at home over the weekend, to see how I was doing. That is true.
