Patricia Torcello Catalina: Dr. Chin is a caring professional. She explains her answers to my questions so I can understand my diagnosis and the treatment she recommends. I feel safe and confident with her as my orthopedic doctor and surgeon and recommend her highly.

Todd Seekircher: Absolutely, mind-bogglingly horrible experience. Its almost as if New York Presbyterian is in the business of bad customer experience and PROFIT and zero to do with taking care of peoples health. 1. They are short on primary care physicians 2. Our physician was booking 6+ months out for a physical, went on medical leave, our appointments were canceled with no way to then get our physical unless we switched doctors. Our physician assured us NYP had good "coverage" for her while she was out. NYP would not let another doctor do the appointment unless we formally switched PCPs, at which point we would not be allowed to switch back to our original PCP. 3. When trying to get a (long time) prescription re-filled while our doctor was out, NYP wanted to charge for a telehealth visit, but also NOT allow that doctor to do the annual physical 4. Heard, through the grapevine, not from NYP, that our PCP was no longer on leave, but had left the practice. Called to try to get a new doctor at this location- after 20 minutes on the phone booking dates in July and October because (shocker!) this new doctor is also out on medical leave until then, I was told we would have to have a preliminary "intro" visit with this new doctor because we are new patients, even though Ive been going to this doctors office my whole adult life. Oh, and this intro visit would have a copay charge attached to it. 5. I could continue further but will instead spend the time researching other practices to find a new PCP

Pete Fenaroli: Spent no time with me. Was not prepared before seeing me for my annual physical. Did not check for some of the most basic things that you would check on a patient over 65 years old. Did not follow up with a promised call regarding my blood test. Seems like she is overwhelmed. I will be seeking another doctor.
Twin County Sleep Center - Ghent
Linnette Diaz: Probably one of my worst experiences with a doctor. She is rude, passive aggressively rude, you can never reach anyone in the office they never answer the phone, and your lucky if they call you back. Forget about trying to get your medical records its been months and I am still waiting. There are better doctors.
Di Giovanna, Anthony MD - Cortland
David Austin: This Dr. let me add him as my primary care provider earlier this year and is now claiming I am not his patient. He is also refusing to take new patients and went back on his word to have me as a patient. This man is breaking the Hippocratic Oath. I guess you could say hes a hypocrite. He cannot be trusted.

Beverly Taylor-Beisel: I have been treated by all 3 practitioners in the office. All are very competent, considerate and thorough. I recommend them highly. I am a retired nurse and picky.
Cortland Regional Medical Center: Corrielus Sanul J MD - Cortland
Cortland Regional Medical Center: Emergency Room - Cortland
Indiana Mendoza: I would like to give 0 star but you can’t! This is the worst service I’ve had, I’ve lived in Cortland for 2 years and what a shame that this is the only hospital. Right now sitting I’ve been waiting for 4 and a half hours. The reception team, nurses and doctors are brutally inhuman. You can come with pain, nausea, almost when you faint and they don’t care. With or without insurance if you want to die just come here. THE WORSE!!!!!
