Steve Johnsen: I live in Washington state. I went to Google search and called Joels. His secretary answered i told her I have class A Motorhome and could they change my oil. She said Ill take the phone to Joel. He came to the phone asked what I had. That sounds like fun well do it in the parking lot. Met me as came into the lot and guided me in circle so I wouldnt have to unhook my car. He changed the oil and filter in about 15 minutes and I was back on the road. One of the most pleasant person Ive done business with in very long time. Thank you.

Joseph Pero: On November 3, 2012 we dropped my wifes town-car off to have two front fenders replaced. Several weeks later we called to see if it was ready. We began receiving excuses like family health problems, wrong parts etc. 4 months later we called and were told it would be ready by March 3rd. The car was brought in with 7 bars of gas on the gauge. We got it back with 1 bar. They put on over 150 miles on the odometer. Update June 2013 the paint has started to bubble. The repairs he did to both rear fenders in 2011 have begun to bubble and rust. His rust proofing repairs are non-existent. Paint quality extremely poor.
