I was concerned that there may have been some damage that would prevent making it back home a few states away and just googled the nearest place. These guys were so kind and so amazing. While they do not perform body work, they were willing to still take a look, make a small adjustment and help bring peace of mind to a slightly distraught driver. Joseph Pero On November 3, 2012 we dropped my wifes town-car off to have two front fenders replaced. Several weeks later we called to see if it was ready. We began receiving excuses like family health problems, wrong parts etc. 4 months later we called and were told it would be ready by March 3rd. The car was brought in with 7 bars of gas on the gauge. We got it back with 1 bar. They put on over 150 miles on the odometer. Update June 2013 the paint has started to bubble. The repairs he did to both rear fenders in 2011 have begun to bubble and rust. His rust proofing repairs are non-existent. Paint quality extremely poor.

We picked it up on March 3rd. When my wife got in the car she was appalled. She said she had a feeling they were using her car. The car was brought in with 7 bars of gas on the gauge. When she got in the car it had less than one and the emergency gas warning was on which means you have less than 25 miles left to get to a gas station. That means whoever was using it put on between 100-150 miles. They left a coffee cup in the car along with merchandise tag for shopping purchase. To make themselves at home they even accessed the tape deck. We were to drop off another car to have work done. I think well look elsewhere for a more honest and reputable shop. The shipping charges for a flat panel front fender were outrageous, should have been $16 to $26. He charged $150.

JT Del is a good honest man, and he does high quality work. I appreciate him giving an estimate before starting the job, is very personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and all around a good human being. Highly recommend him to anyone needing work done on their exhaust.

scott bump I was very disappointed with discovering the welding job on my jeep caused a very dangerous episode driving to Rochester. When I phoned after having another mechanic in Rochester examine the weld, Chris first response was "you were only suppose to drive that into town" my nearest town is 5 miles and he never said that. Then he said you should "have brought it back" the jeep was not drive-able so I had another mechanic in town fix it, he took pictures of the work, his business name is a mockery. reliable? no "life threatening" really not kidding!!. He then would not take my phone calls, did not offer to give my money back for that botch job repair. I will never go back there, and I would advise anyone to double check any of his UN-reliable repair he or his help does.... for you own safety. (addendum); check his welding folks, "key board hero?" "never heard of this guy" he put me in grave danger with that repair I will post a photo of the repair I believe I still have it; Very disappointed he is now denying the job and covering it up vs making amends ,or apologetic!.

Patrick Bly 2.5 First visit to this shop. People were friendly and supplied me with a loaner car. I think where they drop the ball (with me anyways) is communication. Appointment to have a windshield replaced under insurance. They say have it here by 8am and it takes approx. 3 hrs. 2 PM rolls around and I call and Im told the tech was pulled off my vehicle to another. From a business stand point I get it, youre getting $40 per hr from the insurance company vs your normal hourly rate, youre going with the vehicle first for the normal hourly rate. Then dont tell the customer 3 hrs if youre going to have the vehicle 8 hours, relay you have to drop the vehicle off for the day (simple). Or maybe call the customer at 11AM and state they are running behind but, we will keep you in the loop and updated on the progress. The photos indicate to me that after I called the pressure was on and they neglected to wear gloves, hence the grease on the pillar and the hand print on the dash. There is only one opportunity for a good first impression.

GARY ROBBINS They provided me an estimate for my 2020 BMW. I agreed to have the work performed. I then received a call stating there was a quiche in there system with the hourly rate. The cost would go up by -$900. The lady proceeds to tell me those rates havent been used in 4 or 5 years. How many other people are they doing this to or insurance companies. Sure doesnt seem like a 5 star review place to me. Sincerely Gary Robbins

Greg Palm Variable Speed Coupling needed to be replaced in the rear of my 2017 Sienna. Diagnosis and repair was quick and thorough. The owners are on-site and active in the day to day operations. Customer service was very good. They can get busy, so make sure to call in to discuss the issue and coordinate when to drop off.

Zoolu Zoolu “Zoolu” What customer service should be! We were on a car trip when our check engine light came on, and had to stop in an area unknown to us. These guys checked out our car and figured out it was likely a faulty wire. Either way they said we would be good until we got home. They didn’t even charge us anything. Highly recommend!
