5 /5 Thomas C Murphy: Dan & crew really know their craft. You would never in a million years suspect that my vehicle had been damaged! They exactly matched the paint. Their work is beyond compare. Jessica has her finger on the pulse. I was always kept up to speed with what was happening and what I could expect. My inconvenience was kept to a minimum. Should the need ever arise I will most certainly use D & D again. I do not hesitate in giving them my highest recommendation. Thanks Guys!

5 /5 Dana Marie: My 2023 Volkswagen Jetta needed the front end replaced. I asked my trusted mechanic friend to give me the name of a local collision shop. He immediately suggested D & D Collision. I was warmly greeted by Dan Townsend. He is one of the owners. He was upfront about the cost of the repair. He handled the communication with my insurance company and gave me a realistic timeline of when the job was expected to be completed. I am inexperienced with collision repairs. Dan made the time to explain all of the steps the shop had to perform. I am meticulous when it comes to taking care of my vehicle. I am very satisfied with the completed work and highly recommend this business.

5 /5 J C: These guys are great. Extremely hospitable and transparent. I jack knifed my gooseneck there in Batavia. My drivers side door was creased and twisted shut. Instead of taking my money to get it somewhat operational, they gave me an open and honest opinion…. which was not to work on it for good reason. The gentleman I spoke with was so cool, laid back, and honest that I felt like I was right at home in Texas. Great folks, great shop!

5 /5 Bryon Horstkotter: Had a bumper, fender and grill replaced... truck looks better than the day I got it. Seams are tight and Dan even cleaned the rim where it had tire residue from the impact. 5 stars Well, another spring and another ding... jacknifed a trailer into my fender. I cannot believe the incredible job Dan did with my truck. Looks good as new !

5 /5 Jamie Eaton: D&D collision was great! The customer service, the work, and time were awesome. They worked with me so I can get my truck in to get a piece replaced. The lady was very professional and greeted me as soon as I walked in. She got an estimate for me, we worked on a date that was good for me to get my truck in. They did an awesome job on the painting and also replaced a plastic piece they noticed was broken underneath. They made sure they got it done quick for me so I didnt have to make 2 trips to batavia. They even washed my truck up and shined the rims without me asking. I definitely recommend them 100%. Great Job guys!
