1 /5 Brennen Smith: I hit a deer on 4/2/25, on Friday 6/27/25 my truck was finally finished. From the start of this whole process Ken Barrett lacked very simple communication skills. All but twice I was the one who initiated communication. I had to bring my truck back 4 times for an issue that could’ve been solved with a leak test when they reassembled my truck the first time. Unprofessional and unacceptable. “At least it’s fixed” is what I got for my trouble when I last walked out the door. Take your vehicle somewhere else despite what the google reviews say. Stay FAR away.

3 /5 doug best: When you get a text saying your car will be done on that day if not we will call you. No call. I went in to pick it up and was told oh its not ready it will be sometime next week." That doesnt set well with me. I had my truck done before a few years ago, and it was an outstanding, detailed job. This time, it looked like a 15 year old kids did it. That was a big let down.

5 /5 David Stephens: Ive had work done here a number of times and each time the work was flawless. The office staff is great to work with and my vechile has always come back looking new. They work directly with my insurance to minimize any confusion with paperwork and also have given me a loaner vechile making sure I have no issue getting around while my truck gets repaired. Awesome job!
