D&R Road Service - Lyons Jason Anglin: Bob and his help did a great job on my truck. I had stopped due to a de-rate issue and blew one of the coolant lines running to the DEF system while doing a forced regen. This thing was not an easy line to get to, but once we got the parts Bob and his partner got it installed quickly. I was able to finish the forced regen and SCR efficiency test and was back on the road as quickly as humanly possible. Excellent work and I appreciate them coming out to me.

JK’s Auto Service - White Plains Bari Rabine: We were driving from CT to a wedding in Southern NJ when we noticed an issue with my car. The local dealership was completely unhelpful, and I reached out to JKs Auto Service since they were close by and had good reviews. I asked if they could help us since we were in a real bind (needed to get to the family wedding and couldnt possibly drive the car another 3 hours with part of it hanging down, dragging along I95!). The team at JKs Auto Service were amazing! They told us to come by and offered to take a look. At the time we had no idea if it was an easy fix or something more serious. When we got there, they got my car on the lift, identified and fixed the issue with the splash guard, and got us on our way. I am so grateful to them for their willingness to help us out in an emergency and felt totally confident in their work. If we lived closer by, I would take my car here for every service!
