Dale Burnett Macks Body Shop was able to find a rear glass for my 08 Cadillac which was discontinued by GM. I was originally turned away by Safelite because they were unable to find a replacement glass. My insurance was covering the full cost of parts and labor. Macks employees were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was completed the same day. I would say that my car looked even better when they were done! See pics. Thank you Macks for a job well done. I recommend your business to anyone needing auto repair.

Having nothing else to go on in choosing a shop to repair my deer hit, I took a shot. Wasn’t the fastest process in the world but what do I know , it’s been 20 years since I’ve needed a repair shop. Erin Harper If I could give this place a zero, I would be happier. They dont even deserve 1 star. I was there after a car/ deer accident in February. I was told every week, it would be done on Friday " but they never called. So the next week I would call and be told "it will be done on Friday". This went on for about 5 weeks. Finally, my husband goes there only to discover that they are unable to get a part. Thats fair, supply chain issues are all over the place. But they never told us! So with in a few days, my husband was able to find the part (used).... with no help from them. But before we could pick up the used part, somehow they manged to get a new part. It was shipped to the dealership so we went to pick it up and delivery it to them so they could get it finished. This was a Thursday afternoon, we were told it would be ready by the next day. Finally, at 4:00pm on that Friday, I called. Gary was down right nasty and rude to me. I have never been so mad in my life!!! (Even my husband agreed with that). After about 8 weeks from the day of the accident, I finally got my car back. ONLY to discover they had GLUED parts together instead of installing new ones. We finally went to another shop, and they were able to repair the car in a few days. We caught Gary in so many lies!!! Just to make the point, I waited until now to write this review because I was going to be swearing like crazy if I wrote this back then. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!

Jason Anglin Bob and his help did a great job on my truck. I had stopped due to a de-rate issue and blew one of the coolant lines running to the DEF system while doing a forced regen. This thing was not an easy line to get to, but once we got the parts Bob and his partner got it installed quickly. I was able to finish the forced regen and SCR efficiency test and was back on the road as quickly as humanly possible. Excellent work and I appreciate them coming out to me.

He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Once I explain the situation he was able to fix it immediately. He also gave me suggestions how to fix if it would happen in the future. Frankie Taylor I needed an inspection and have recently experienced slight drag in my steering for my Ram. Im extremely pleased with the service tech Dakota. He brought me out to show an eventual problematic area that will need addressed from rust in the near future on the frame and also felt drag in the steering. Taking time to discuss with me future needed action that did not benefit the shop at all [they do not perform those services) was worth its weight in gold to me and that act of honesty has gained my future business!
