Dale Burnett Macks Body Shop was able to find a rear glass for my 08 Cadillac which was discontinued by GM. I was originally turned away by Safelite because they were unable to find a replacement glass. My insurance was covering the full cost of parts and labor. Macks employees were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was completed the same day. I would say that my car looked even better when they were done! John Miller Took to Mack’s as a recommendation from my Dad. We did work for them 25 years ago and they were decent then. Having nothing else to go on in choosing a shop to repair my deer hit, I took a shot. Wasn’t the fastest process in the world but what do I know , it’s been 20 years since I’ve needed a repair shop. I could not be happier with the finished product. Repaired it like it never happened. Thanks so much, I appreciate it!

Erin Harper If I could give this place a zero, I would be happier. They dont even deserve 1 star. I was there after a car/ deer accident in February. I was told every week, it would be done on Friday " but they never called. So the next week I would call and be told "it will be done on Friday". This went on for about 5 weeks. Finally, my husband goes there only to discover that they are unable to get a part. Thats fair, supply chain issues are all over the place. But they never told us! So with in a few days, my husband was able to find the part (used).... with no help from them. But before we could pick up the used part, somehow they manged to get a new part. It was shipped to the dealership so we went to pick it up and delivery it to them so they could get it finished. This was a Thursday afternoon, we were told it would be ready by the next day. Finally, at 4:00pm on that Friday, I called. Gary was down right nasty and rude to me. I have never been so mad in my life!!! (Even my husband agreed with that). After about 8 weeks from the day of the accident, I finally got my car back. ONLY to discover they had GLUED parts together instead of installing new ones. We finally went to another shop, and they were able to repair the car in a few days. We caught Gary in so many lies!!! Just to make the point, I waited until now to write this review because I was going to be swearing like crazy if I wrote this back then. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!
