Todd’s wife gave us a gift because my wife and I work in healthcare and they had some gifts leftover from Nurse’s week to give to their customers that work in healthcare. My car ran a lot smoother on the way home. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future whenever I need some work done. Highly recommend!

Brian C: Have had 4 alignments with 3 different cars.. usually I get no receipt and have no problem usually .. theyve done this particular car before roughly 3 years ago... I put brand new upper ball joints brand new lower tie rod ends.. left the inner tie rod ends alone they were fine... Well from it being off from me doing the repair the tires were bald do you have to have an alignment after the repair... So I brought the car to him the way it was he refused to do the alignment until I put new tires on... So I put the brand new tires on and brought the car back and had it aligned.. when I left I noticed the car was still dragging theres no way for you to check an alignment without a machine.. so I drove the car not even 3000 miles look at the tires and they were bald... So I took the car back..hes like theres nothing wrong with my machine.. but anyway they rechecked it today.. when I asked if it was off the same employee says yeah was off by a little.. and I noticed you a change the tie rod end... Yeah I replaced all that before I bought the car there the first time that was the reason for bringing it in.. dont accuse a customer In changing the alignment parts and then bringing the car again for a free alignment when you screwed it up in the first place.You should be paying me $250 for the car tires you ruined! For that wise comment!! And assume you wanted to try to charge me again ..I will not be bringing any of my cars back there!!!! as far as I can tell ..the problem got corrected its running smooth and straight like it should have been the first time!!.. I was going to pay them to mount and balance another set of brand new tires in which they should have done it for me for free .. when I heard that comment ...I got in my car and drove away.. .. no way Im going to have them balance my tires and screw that up too just for shits and giggles..absolutely lost my trust!!!!
