1 /5 Jeffrey Hamilton: Was happy with my work until I found out that the service department didnt finish the job, and I have to go over all their work to make sure it was completed. I had a transmission replaced. The transmission cross member has four 6-inch bolts, and they were not even finger tight. I wonder what else is loose or just not done, and Ill find out when it breaks. Hope it wont be a big expensive repair. Doubt that they will even respond. But they want reviews from customers, and now they have one. Be wary!

1 /5 R.T.P Scriptures: Well I hate to be this way but I’ve had the worst time going there for simple issues I went this past time to have my blower motor replaced as that’s what they said the problem was so after the 220$ and ridiculous 4 hours for what was supposed to be a one hour labor time they blame it doing the same thing It was doing before on the control module that connects to the blower if the blower was bad it wouldn’t of been pumping air out so now another $250 plus on another part that tbh was more then likely the hole problem and wouldn’t have left us at the hospital for 2 hours when we were told a shuttle was on its way I had to pay for a Uber another 20$ just to get back to my car and soon as I left my check engine light came on I’m guessing they pinched a wire installing the blower fan as when I ran for the codes nothing popped up so I’m guaranteed they messed up some type of wire jamming it in there not a good time this place seems like it likes to take advantage of people I had my headlight replaced the gentleman did a good clean job of it but didn’t adjust the headlight so one aims high the other low and anytime I go to bring it up I get interrupted and get pulled on a ban wagon of completely different things the only way I will be satisfied from this awful experience is for them to check what they messed up under the glove box or yanked out of place to be checked and if found replaced under them and the original problem the module for the a/c the actual problem due to miss diagnosis along with making it so I can see going down the road I bring the car to them so it’s done correctly but at this rate I wouldn’t even trust them with my breaks as what would they fu** up then any other question
