From the moment we met at the start of my scheduled appointment, Andrew was respectful, polite, professional – and encouragingly enthusiastic. Never once did he pressure me to purchase. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose, as well as insurance and registration details – and did immediate research on specific questions of mine. He also got right back to me via email with requested recommendations on accessories and cleaning products. My follow-up training session with Gabby was equally informative and enjoyable. She patiently reviewed the many fabulous functions and digital features of the Forester – and enlightened me on much I missed when reading through my owners manual.
