1 /5 EandS Cain: I want to share an experience I had at a nail shop I’ve gone to off and on for quite some time. It’s been my go-to place when I’m in a bind because they stay open later than others, sometimes until 9 PM. This time, I needed my nails done last minute, so I went there thinking everything would be fine. But things turned out differently.
First, the nail technician forgot to do my pinky toe, which I didn’t notice until later. And to make it worse, one of my fingernails started lifting. When I pointed it out to the lady, instead of being helpful, she actually told me that I needed to stop lifting my nails — as if it was my fault! She even said that if it happened again, she’d make me pay for it. I couldn’t believe how rude and disrespectful she was.
After that, I told her I wouldn’t be coming back. It seems like every time I go there, there’s some kind of issue. I just wish they’d value their loyal customers instead of treating them like this. It’s so frustrating to give a place a chance over and over, only to be let down each time.
