5 /5 Justin Matuszek: Let me just start by saying this is the greatest dentist I have ever experienced in my life. I called on a Friday at 12:45 knowing that they close at 1 PM. The receptionist was nice enough and realizing how much pain I was in to go back and talk to Dr. Linden and Dr. Linden said come over right now and I will take care of you and sure enough take care of me is what she did. She was the most calm, passionate dentist I have ever met in my entire life. She quickly diagnosed my issue and found a solution, by 6:30 PM that evening. I was 100% back to my normal self. I cannot thank the staff and Dr. Linden enough for helping me with this problem. I recommend them to anybody in the capital district and beyond. I will continue to go there so that this issue does not happen again and I will feel comfortable that I am in the right hands every single time. Thank you again

As a healthcare professional, I find it completely unconscionable that a practice like this finds it acceptable to cancel appointments that are made weeks in advance the evening before the appointment with no warning of cancellation for arbitrary and made up reasons. The sheer disrespect and lack of accountability that the office staff show towards patients proves to me that this practice prioritizes profits over people. Please save yourself the wasted weeks of pain, and schedule your root canals at a more professional practice, that way your appointment actually occurs.

Chris Allen: I had toast with jam this morning and one of my teeth responded with excruciating pain. I called my dentist and they saw me at 9am and by 9:40 the filling was done. I cant thank them enough for fitting me in and taking care of my tooth pain so quickly. Also they used something that blocked the pain that wasnt novocain and its nice to leave the dentist office with out the feeling your whole face is numb. Thanks again!!

SSO EAC: My husband and I love Hudson Dental. Dr Chung and staff are very courteous and experienced. I read something about a hygienist being rough- but that seems completely opposite of what we have experienced. I have never had anyone be more careful. My husband has brittle teeth to an extent and he had the same experience- great! They hygienist I had explained quite well an issue that no other dentist had ever took the time to explain. Dr Chung was gentle and knowledgeable. He was mindful to ask what mattered to me and come up with a plan of treatment. I should also say that the office staff are indomitably pleasant.

Bill Casey: Was sent here by my regular dentist because of the expertise and higher level 3d imaging equipment. The staff was very welcoming and Doctor Sean Ference and the tech staff took the time to fully explain their testing and procedures they would follow. This was complicated by not seeing a clear cause of my infection issue, but Dr Ference laid out a treatment plan that he was then able to carry out right away without a return visit...and I know my treatment threw off the schedule, but I didnt feel hurried and I greatly appreciated the personal care. Additionally, the required prescriptions were called in quickly and follow-up office visits have already been scheduled...very professional all the way around!

He is very friendly, understanding, accommodating, and personable and so are his secretaries and hygienists. They are also all kid friendly. The reason I finally decided to write a positive review is because I was having tooth pain, they squeezed me in last minute, got me in even sooner due to a cancellation, and took care of the problem quickly. He also was very considerate, and discussed all of my options with me and was not afraid to discuss cost either. Could not ask for a better experience. This office deserves all the praise it gets.
