Justin Matuszek Let me just start by saying this is the greatest dentist I have ever experienced in my life. I called on a Friday at 12:45 knowing that they close at 1 PM. The receptionist was nice enough and realizing how much pain I was in to go back and talk to Dr. Linden and Dr. Linden said come over right now and I will take care of you and sure enough take care of me is what she did. She was the most calm, passionate dentist I have ever met in my entire life. She quickly diagnosed my issue and found a solution, by 6:30 PM that evening. I was 100% back to my normal self. I cannot thank the staff and Dr. Linden enough for helping me with this problem. I recommend them to anybody in the capital district and beyond. I will continue to go there so that this issue does not happen again and I will feel comfortable that I am in the right hands every single time. Thank you again

Im not great with X-rays, but she was incredibly patient, competent and kind. I was also pleased to meet Dr. G. These 2 provided the most thorough and pleasant dental exam.

Richard Gabriel Today was my initial visit as a new patient. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The waiting area and entire office and patient rooms are very pleasant with up to date technology. Dr. Lewis was very personable and went over my X-rays, explaining in detail all of what I was looking at and what treatments he recommended. I was also able to get my exam with a hygienist. Bonnie also was very friendly and explained everything she was doing as we went along and instructed me as to proper care. I am extremely pleased to have found Colvin Avenue Dental and look forward to many years with them!

andrew wheeler guitar Dr. Lewis and Dr. Vignali have been so good to me and my family. They worked with my Mom, my Dad, and now, my wife and son. The Doctors themselves are so kind and caring and friendly. They take time to educate you every step of the way. When I was going through a particularly rough toothache and a root canal, Dr Lewis called me back in off-hours on an urgent basis to talk about options and pain relief. They do good work, and they know what theyre doing. One time, I was going on a road trip, and worried about medication interactions. Dr. Lewis brought me into his office and reviewed my. medication list with me and looked up all the interactions with me. Where, in todays world, can you get respect and service like that? In an era where so many places are focused on time, time, time and money, money, money, Colvin Avenue Dental isnt like that and they are a shining star. They call to remind me of my cleanings, they call and text to remind of appointments, and the front desk staff - along with billing - are friendly. I had a billing issue once, and they worked with me to solve it very quickly, in 1 day. I just also want to say thank you to Dr. Lewis and Dr. Vignali for their work, and the excellent care and kindness theyve shown to my family over the years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. P.S. - lets not forget the hygienists, especially Janet who are friendly, caring and are as gentle as possible in the cleaning.

I accidentally came for a cleaning today thats scheduled for tomorrow. They got me in! Dr. Vasu is personable and thorough, and the staff is great. Sara is an excellent hygienist; shes nice and has a very calming demeanor. I appreciated her suggestions. Laura M Absolutely the best dental care! Dental hygienists book a full hour to take their time and go over everything, refreshers on flossing, etc. I’m never sore despite lots of build up. Dr. Maestro and partner give thorough exams, proactively checking for oral cancer, TMJ, and cavities before they develop into major dental work. Great respect for my childhood-induced fears (I’m 73); taking their time with all procedures. Emergencies? Dr. Maestro is very responsive and checks in when he has had to refer me to a specialist for an extraction, etc. State of the art equipment, care, and training. Simply the best!

Iris Duggan Always the best. Some of my family goes there, and they LOVE it. Very clean building and dentists are kind gentle, patient, and thorough.

Kyle Freda If possible, I would give no stars. As a healthcare professional, I find it completely unconscionable that a practice like this finds it acceptable to cancel appointments that are made weeks in advance the evening before the appointment with no warning of cancellation for arbitrary and made up reasons. The sheer disrespect and lack of accountability that the office staff show towards patients proves to me that this practice prioritizes profits over people. Please save yourself the wasted weeks of pain, and schedule your root canals at a more professional practice, that way your appointment actually occurs.

Steven Sparkes The office staff and Dr. Moshman were excellent. Pricing was transparent (I was given a range up front on the phone before the consultation) and fair and I was charged the low end of the range since my case was less complex. Procedure was quick and painless. Hope not to need an endodontist again but would definitely come back here if I did.

Gabrielle Shoemaker This place is a scam. They will take your money, leave you in pain, and refuse to help you further. This is also the only local provider that charges you an initial “exam fee” then the root canal charges separately, later. All other places charge $500 less - and aren’t trying to scam you into paying an “exam fee” so they can then NOT provide you with a root canal. Go ANYWHERE else, this place is a scam. I went in for a root canal but was anxious about the procedure. I told them about this and they definitely noticed before starting. Instead of noting I was upset and asking me to come back another day, the "doctor" drilled away HALF OF MY TOOTH before deciding he wasnt able to complete the procedure because I was nervous. He stopped, leaving me IN PAIN with half a tooth. Then, at the cashier they were unable to process my credit card payment for the exam. They floundered about, making me more upset about the situation, asking to make photocopies of my credit card (??), and refused to schedule another appointment for me unless I paid. However, they couldnt accept the payment despite trying to process it multiple times, their system was down. They told me I had to pay them in order to schedule my next appointment. I paid, and now they won’t schedule me. Bait and switch! Now, I am "banned" from their practice (because their credit card machine doesnt work???). They refuse to help a patient that they PLACED IN SEVERE PAIN. Dont go here unless youre looking to waste money and be in WAY MORE PAIN THAN BEFORE. This isnt a doctor, it is a scam.

S Dr. DeMarco does great work..he’s kind, explains what he’s doing & that puts me at ease. He’s done all of my implants..I have complete confidence in him and his work. The staff is caring & kind too. I had 2 implants a few weeks ago & the teamwork was amazing! I’m healing really well..I think that being in the calm & knowledgeable environment has a positive effect on my healing.

Nicholas Meola I had been going to another dentist for many years who was excellent but they dropped my insurance. I went to Dr Levine without any knowledge of him. He was close to work and where I live. Dr Levine and his entire staff are incredibly professional. His service is top notch and they are pleasant to deal with. The patient rooms are immaculate, the staff are great once they get to know you a little, and theyre very flexible with scheduling if you work during the day. Cant say enough. Mary Campagnano I was referred to Dr Levine by my Albany ENT. The doctor’s team personally worked with me to navigate my out of network insurance pre-approval process. The practice is friendly, appointments taken on time. The preliminary testing was informative and MAD device fitting was smooth. The doctor’s incremental approach of small adjustments every 2-3 weeks allowed me to get acquainted to the device without discomfort. The entire experience was positive and I am happy with the results.

Shelly Klump Dr. Park and all of the staff at Guilderland Family Dentistry are beyond wonderful. I didn’t go to a dentist for many (many!) years because of unpleasant experiences growing up, so I was nervous about returning to a dentist. I’ve been seeing Dr. Park and hygienist Marie for a couple years now and they make me feel so comfortable and welcome every time I’m there. They’re all so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Jacob Govel All around great experience. Dr. Park is extremely knowledgeable, and cares about her patients outside of the office in addition to their dental health. The hygienists are also very knowledgeable and are great at conveying the importance of different aspects of dental health. Muriel is great, has an excellent memory of appointments and conflicts, and goes out of her way to accommodate patients when planning visits. I have always had an amazing experience here.

Maureen Engle 2 months later and I still can wear my teeth. My gums were not fully healed. The swelling of my gums have go down and now my dentures dont fit. to large. teeth are set to far to the right and dont line up correctly. when getting fitted for your final appointment, they put the teeth in and tell you take as long as you like. I had no idea what I was suppose to be looking for, they didnt eve show me how to use the dentures. NOTHING but a plastic cup for my dentures. Its the person who makes the dentures....they skewed up every step of the way. they forgot sending the bottom partials to for approval. Then made the with the wrong material. Now Im starting all over somewhere else.

Eric Green She is very good at what she does. I literally HATE going to the dentist, (and I told her this before I even sat in the chair).nothing against her, but who likes going to the dentist. But she made sure I had the least amount of pain possible. Told me up front what her plan ways, and how it was going to be a 4 visit’s process but she could save my teeth. I went to 3 different dentist’s before her, and they all said that I would need to have all my teeth extracted and then a fit for denture’s. I am so glad I went and saw her and she said that I needed some work but at 42 years old, she said no way. She said give me the chance and what’s the worst that could happen, me having dentures put in? I am now through step 2 and can see the difference already! I would recommend her to anybody, I almost have a full smile back….so just give her a chance!!

Tony Bango Sitwell Dental in Albany has been so amazing for me! From the moment I walked in and am greeted by the front desk lady. I’m instantly made to feel at ease and comfortable. Smiles and laughs all around. They got me in so quick when I was in pain. I had Dr Sarah and she’s been awesome! She listened to everything I said and answered all my questions. She and her teammates work so well and efficiently together. The other staff has been nothing but professional and kind as well. During the work, I was in no pain at all. Dr Sarah and her team will be the only dental office I’ll be going to in the capital region! This was an easy 5 outta 5 stars!

Cynthia Jacobson I have been a patient with Sitwell Dental for several years following very poor experiences with past dentists in the area. I always feel cared for and listened to. They have always handled my dental concerns with seriousness and with kindness that I have not experienced with any other dental professional. They are willing to work with patients on scheduling and in providing treatment options. I have utilized Care Credit with them before to pay for out-of-pocket costs, which is a great feature that many offices do not provide. My whole family now goes to Sitwell and several of my coworkers, too! I am incredibly appreciative of their offices and would recommend them to anyone I know!

Shawn FB I have been to so many dentists and they all are, to put it nicely, imbeciles. I went to Madison Dental and his secretaries and nurses are so lazy. Can’t find few and far between a dentist for certain insurances and the ones you do find are awful. Break confidentiality, put you down for your teeth, or terrible with Novocain and start drilling and killing my mouth. I finally found Dr Dharia and was very pleased. She takes all insurance. Very gentle with me. Never had a bad thing to say and very open to helping people when there are no other dentists who care. Thanks Dr Dharia

With out stitches!!!!im going give you long story short!! She was looking at me like she was getting worried! Still trying pull this one tooth after get out the other two ! All I seen from her literally trying to pull this other tooth! Was a crack !!!!!! One of my tooth! All of sudden She screamed!! All I was feeling was pain on more pain ! That was a weird experience !!!im patient not her that supposed be screaming !! Not her !!! Must give you heads up she don’t use good stuff to numb up your tooth! She uses this Orajel to numb it up!!all I knew and she knew she couldn’t get that tooth out !! All of sudden she rush me out chair ! You know when u look at somebody and they look at you ! Like something happened! But they not telling you !!!! She gave me pain scipt and note go see oral surgeon! I can’t say she good or the worst dentist! I’m not going back ! Unless I feel it was a simple tooth that literally ready to come out !! Good luck !!!

Erica Rutkowski TLDR; 10/10 experience. I have never felt as comfortable to attend a dentist appointment than my visit to Zappia & Fryer. Everyone is so incredibly kind and truly happy to help you. This space doesnt have the "stressful" vibe youd typically associate with a dentists office. Its clear doctors Fryer and Zappia have YOUR best interest at the forefront of their minds. Their hygienists are patient, personable, answer all questions thoroughly to ensure your complete understanding (thank you so much, Tatiana), explain what theyre doing, why theyre doing it, and why its important. A unique, uplifting atmosphere exists here that I am so thankful to have experienced. If youre not satisfied with your current dental care, I wouldnt hesitate to suggest visiting 1 Pine West Plaza :)

Bruce Dr. Zappia, Dr. Fryer and their amazing team have gone above and beyond any expectation that I could have had when I became a patient of theirs several years ago. The office is clean as can be and the staff could not be more welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently, I have encountered some health issues requiring extra attention and they have helped me every step of the way with their expertise and compassion. I could not recommend their office more strongly.

Mindy H. Berman Does not return calls in a timely fashion. Changed my treatment plan midway. Not once did I feel like “the patient comes first.” For all their excellent social media marketing about a relaxed and safe environment, I never felt that. I (and my teeth) were treated like widgets. I was deeply disappointed. PS Everything I said above is a fact. And In response to Z & F’s response - no one was threatened! That’s blatantly false. That reaction is another example of not really listening to the patient. Listen! You didn’t do what’s right for this patient, even though you think did, take responsibility and move on.

blattmich Got 4 wisdom teeth taken out all at once. I decided to stay awake for the surgery and opt for the numbing agent instead. Dr. Bayoumy and his team did a great job. The surgery went smoothly and I was not in pain. Recovery was also smooth and I can honestly say that my jaw feels less crowded. That was something that was bothering me and I didn’t realize it until the teeth were removed.

Monika Hysenllari I will not recommend anyone coming and getting dental implant from Doriot, he is a crook. A thief, puts wrong sizing to begin with and not to mention infection by not putting them in not enough bone— refuses to put bone to begin with. Please do yourself a favor and stay away. You will end up with loose implant, bone loss and infection. He will let you walk around with perimplantis ( infected implant) and keep your money. Please avoid!! You will be sorry you went there !

Megan Carhart My husband had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Wun with assistance from Fleurette and Shenise. All staff were professional, the facilities were clean, and the office was able to accommodate a new patient appointment very quickly. We left after surgery with a small goodie bag that had easy-to-understand instructions and all equipment needed for recovery. Great results. Would recommend!

Kaitlin Hafner I cannot recommend Empire Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery enough! I was extremely nervous due to past dental trauma, where I was promised IV sedation but remained too aware, which just ended with me traumatized and terrified to go back and deal with any further problems. However, Dr. Wun immediately put my fears at ease. He was incredibly reassuring, and thanks to him, I have no memory of the tooth extraction process—just as it should be! His assistant/nurse, Shenise, was just as wonderful, and truly supportive throughout the entire experience. The team here does phenomenal work, and most importantly, they provide care with compassion and professionalism. This was, by far, the best oral surgery experience Ive ever had. If youre anxious about dental procedures, this is the place to go!

Beth Clark Went to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. I have great dental insurance and was up charged $5430. Thank God I wasn’t in any pain and didn’t need it. However I lost a day of work as did my driver. Consult should have been done prior to day of scheduled surgery. Straight scammers!
