C Angel: Very disappointed in my hair. I still left a tip but I’m not happy with the finishing result. I asked for a ponytail mid high with sophisticated baby hairs. I was already nervous when I called and both of the stylist I was referred to didn’t have an IG or anyway for me to see their work. I went anyway based off the reviews and my experience here almost 8 years ago but that was big a mistake. First, I specifically asked to dye my real hair the same as the extensions so it could match. I asked for light brown but the stylist Careena insisted the hair was dark brown AFTER I told it wasn’t and I wanted to dye my hair light brown. And regardless, the fact is I want my real hair light brown so she was supposed to dye the extensions the same color but she didn’t comprehend that or something. But I followed her lead and now my extensions is BRIGHTER than my natural hair that she dyed dark brown. Also my ponytail is loose and there’s a bump in the middle. I don’t know if she just didn’t feel like dying my extensions or what but I took my hair out the next day and I’m getting it redone by another stylist the right way. Word of advice to honey salon, listen to your clients.
