1 /5 Exposing The Hackers Msp: wouldnt reccomend. hair was fine. customer service not so much. she repeatedly told me my ends are terrible and bleached too much. ive never bleached my hair once. she proceeded to cut off at least 2 inches when i said a 1/2 inch. i was talking to my mom about something, and she practically came down and yelled at me and said my mom cant do my hair, she can. she told my friends mom that i shouldnt be talking with ‘red daggers’ for nails, and that i was annoying. if you want to be treated poorly, go ahead in.

Ive been using Nicole for years but Devon is another sure bet, and Lori (the owner) is always there making everyone laugh and working her magic on clients as well. Prices are fair, results are reliably outstanding, its a pleasant experience start to finish. I recommend them constantly when people ask "where do you go for your hair - I love it!"

She also explained the easiest way for me to curl my own hair. The atmosphere is calm yet fun. I highly recommend this salon!

Kenita Carty: Disgusting business practices. I came back from vacation with Covid. My daughters had appointments the next day. I emailed and called as soon as I found out what we had. Shetalia emailed back that she would rather we cancel. I left a message on their phone as well. No one mentioned in email or on phone that I would be charged a cancellation fee for canceling with a 24 hours notice. I saw money deducted from my bank account and then an emailed receipt about cancellation fee. I spoke with receptionist the next day and told her I might as well bring my kids in, I would have been on time for one of the appointments. She didn’t want me to come in, and said she understood my frustration. She said the person who made that decision would call me back, and still no response from them. Terrible customer service. I wanted to use a salon closer to home but I’ll continue driving an hour away for good service. Will never support this business again.
