1 /5 Kenita Carty: Disgusting business practices. I came back from vacation with Covid. My daughters had appointments the next day. I emailed and called as soon as I found out what we had. Shetalia emailed back that she would rather we cancel. I left a message on their phone as well. No one mentioned in email or on phone that I would be charged a cancellation fee for canceling with a 24 hours notice. I saw money deducted from my bank account and then an emailed receipt about cancellation fee. I spoke with receptionist the next day and told her I might as well bring my kids in, I would have been on time for one of the appointments. She didn’t want me to come in, and said she understood my frustration. She said the person who made that decision would call me back, and still no response from them. Terrible customer service. I wanted to use a salon closer to home but I’ll continue driving an hour away for good service. Will never support this business again.
