5 /5 Shelly G: Wow! Great experience. The dentist, Dr. Fundo is such a great guy. Very soft spoken, explained my X-rays in detail, including what course of action is needed and why. He provided an exceptional cleaning. Better than I expected as my teeth were horribly stained from heavy coffee and tobacco use. He also did not try to upsell me on any other services, just gave his honest professional opinion. A visit to the dentist can cause anxiety but he made the experience very pleasant. I would recommend and will be returning in 6 months for my follow up. Thanks!

Very rude, and only knows how to talk back. Ismile dental care should probably switch to their previous staffs that were more accommodating. I can literally vent out here but honestly dental care need to do something about it. I’m definitely switching the service to a different provider for my next cleaning.

After taking my mom there first the care she got was amazing. I made an appointment for myself and they really took care of me. The place is very clean and the staff is amazingly wonderful. The wait time was real quick. They actually see you at the time they give you an appointment for. If you live in queens or in this planet you have to go here just one time to see what I’m talking about. This is not a paid endorsement I promise you. meghs Vishwakarma: Worst dental experience ever. The hygiene was absolutely unacceptable — the chairs were visibly yellow and dirty. The assistant seemed completely untrained and clueless. The doctor rushed through my cleaning in barely five minutes, with no regard for my comfort. I kept raising my hand because I was in pain, but he ignored it. A Bangladeshi assistant took my x-ray in a rush, only to realize later that she hadn’t done it properly, so I had to go through it again. Shockingly, she didn’t even want to wear gloves. They were taking in patients one after another without cleaning or sanitizing anything in between. This place is unsanitary, careless, and downright dangerous. Please do yourself a favor and reconsider your visit or appointment — I would never go back.

I was there for cleaning but they didn’t even give me a proper cleaning it took not even 5 minutes to clean my whole mouth also Dr.Max said I need a deep cleaning so they need to get approved from my insurance. I didn’t understand at first why they can’t clean my mouth properly I’ve tried to ask them the only thing they said was they need an approval from the insurance they can’t give me a cleaning until they get approved which is a scam and they already charged for cleaning(even though my teeth did not get cleaned) now I need to wait another 6 months to get cleaning again. This is so unprofessional, horrible job and unfair.
