I was there for cleaning but they didn’t even give me a proper cleaning it took not even 5 minutes to clean my whole mouth also Dr.Max said I need a deep cleaning so they need to get approved from my insurance. I didn’t understand at first why they can’t clean my mouth properly I’ve tried to ask them the only thing they said was they need an approval from the insurance they can’t give me a cleaning until they get approved which is a scam and they already charged for cleaning(even though my teeth did not get cleaned) now I need to wait another 6 months to get cleaning again. This is so unprofessional, horrible job and unfair.

1 /5 Diana Huerta: this place deserves LESS than 1 star. My boyfriend had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic, and I want to share it to help others make informed decisions. He paid 1400 DLS for nothing, they damaged his mouth, and he had to seek additional treatment due to the poor care provided, he felt neglected and unimportant as patient. He was blooding during hours and we went to urgent care. NOBODY must go to this place feeding their wallets to bad dentists… we gonna take LEGAL ACTION against that clinic …

When she did my fills for my cavities she was rough and he to number me twice because she missed the time frame to preform my procedure. This time when i went in for a cleaning she was basically trying to pressure me into getting my wisdom teeth pulled now when in all honesty I have a lot going on in life right now it took alot to come in for the cleaning and to be treated rudely because i denied a referral from you after you asked 3 times if i wanted it and I told you no all 3 times. She literally rushed through my cleaning and proceeded to tell me to go see somebody else which I will kindly do. She needs he license revoked because she doesn’t even respect simple patient rights.

Had a cracked and severely infected tooth that needed to be extracted, called at 11 and he got me in at noon for an emergency appointment!!
