I initially called and left a message, and several hours later, someone returned my call. Unfortunately, I was unavailable at that moment. When I called back, I explained that I was returning a call to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone audibly sighed—quite literally—and responded, “Oh, we were just going through our messages. Someone will call you back. Goodbye.”
I was genuinely taken aback. I had expected a straightforward process, but instead, I felt dismissed. After calling, leaving a message, and promptly returning their call, I was met with a dismissive attitude rather than assistance.
Ultimately, I decided to take my business elsewhere. A professional and courteous approach is essential, especially when potential clients are trying to engage your services. This experience was disappointing, to say the least.
