Dr. Blum is kind and compassionate as well as super-skilled. He explains well and answers questions thoroughly (and I usually have a lot of them!).A shoutout to Debbie his admin for keeping things together in the office, and yes a good admin makes a difference.......

5 /5 Roger Rubinstein: Dr. Blum and his staff are among the most caring medical professionals I have ever met. Everyone is interested in your care and well-being. They are also genuinely nice people to be around. I needed some major dental work, and Dr. Blum personally interacted with a maxillofacial surgeon, a periodontist and an orthodontist to make sure that everything came out correctly. He monitored the work of the other doctors, as well as doing his part of the procedures that were necessary. The results were exemplary.

Darrin Peck: Initial consultation appointment: Appointment was very easy to schedule, via phone directory. Pre check in process prior to appointment via text and or email was efficient and thorough but not overwhelming. Consult appointment check in using laptop was also convenient and efficient. I was surprised in how quickly after checking in that I was called in for dental x-rays and the entire evaluation process. Kind, friendly and informative staff that took the time to address questions, concerns and explain the entire process. I was referred to Elmwood Dental by two friends and am very pleased with the initial consultation process so far. I am looking forward to the follow up appointment. Based on my experience to this point, I would highly recommend a consultation with Elmwood Dental if considering dental implant or restoration.

January appointment cancelled, moved to February. February appointment was canceled, moved to March. Today was the March appointment and I finally got a hold of someone (the voicemail is full and they rarely answer the phone, if they do they just put you on hold without waiting for you to say yes thats fine) to find that todays appointment is cancelled and rescheduled to May. My kids have been on the wait list for over a year too, no end in sight.

Kaley Goetting: Avoid at all costs. Like many other reviews, I had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning, and the day of I never received a confirmation reminder. Luckily I decided to call, only to find out my appointment had been cancelled because they no longer took my insurance. If I hadnt called, I wouldve gone to the appointment with no coverage. Absolutely ridiculous I didnt get any notification to this change. Today, I finally got in with a new dentist. Turns out, for the past 4 years that I was having cleanings done at Flower City, they were doing a poor job. My hygienist today told me that the build up I had was far more than what would have accumulated since the last time I had a cleaning at Flower City. Terrible customer service on top of doing an awful job on my teeth for years? Dont go to any Flower City Dental- all of them are just as bad as the other locations.

David Vacca: My 15 month old daughter had her first visit today (29 Jan 2025). The hygienist Miranda took us in first and did a tooth count and brushing, as well as consulted about her liquid consumption and dental hygiene so we could have a solid hygiene plan. Dr. Goldie followed for a final check. Both Miranda and Dr. Goldie were so good with my daughter! As a father that meant so much to me that the interaction was good and their knowledge was on point. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to others. Thank you both for such a positive experience!
