Dr. Gina M. Canale, DMD - Queensbury (NY)

1 /5 Dawn Vinciguerra: Was a patient there for a year and a half and had three "checkups" and cleanings during that time. The hygienist did a great job with cleaning and xrays and was very nice. I never saw Dr. Canale , or any dentist, during either of those three visits. With any prior dental practice, the dentist always pops in after the cleaning for the check up part of the visit. Not here, though. I found a new dentist.

1 /5 Debbie Trentacoste: Saw her a couple of times I had to call and cancel my next appointment to reschedule due to I had Covid. I called a few days in Advance and she terminated me her practice. What kind of professional does this. She is awful . Find another dentist. I should have read the reviews myself. Run from her

5 /5 Johnna Ellis: I called on a Monday about an issue with a wisdom tooth coming in they got me in on Wednesday as a new patient I thought that was wonderful. The dentist was very nice and welcoming. The dental hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and being gentle as I am some what scared of the dentist at 27 years old. I have found a new dentist that I love! I am so happy with this place and very appreciative that they got me in so fast!

1 /5 Brooke Boucher: Someone said she’s honest and tough and that’s all. It’s the neglect for me personally. Why go into that line of work when Dr.Canale must know she has little to none “bedside manners”. I assume she’s never been a people’s person by her demeanor. I pray whoever goes here finds a better dentist who takes their insurance.

1 /5 Erika Edwards: Never in my life have I cried at the dentist until I sat in the chair at this office. From the very beginning the hygienist was making comments about my teeth. I will give her this she did a very good job with the cleaning but the rude and snarky comments I could’ve done without. At one point she asked me if I was in pain and my response was “just emotional”. When Dr Canale came in it took a turn for the worse. I’ve never been spoken to so disrespectfully in my life. I’m too embarrassed to even repeat what was said to me but know it was incredibly rude and it was out in the open where everyone in the office was able to hear the rude things being said to me. I left crying. I will never go back there again. Dentists like this are why people have anxiety to go see a dentist in the first place. Do not go here. There are plenty of other dentists in this area who won’t make you feel awful about yourself or fearful about going to see them. I wish I had read reviews before I went. It’s easy to spot the reviews written in earnest vs the ones the office asked people to write.
