1974jrod Dr. Cloke is an awesome dentist and seems to be a genuinely nice person. The staff is always friendly and appropriately engaging, and appointments have always been on time, everytime. Which is about 6 or 7 times in the last 4 years. The quality seems evident as I have had no issues so far with any of her work. Fillings, root canal, and a fixed chipped tooth. Highly recommended.

Jerry Bouchard Dr. Cloke and her staff continue to exceed my expectations at every visit. The office is on-time and offers every service you could want in a dental practice. The receptionist and hygienists are friendly and make you feel welcome. In these COVID times they are taking extra care by installing plastic barriers and screening patients upon arrival. I have no reservations in recommending Laura Cloke to anyone looking for a friendly, professional dentist. Update: Visited this week to get a crown. In and out in 2 hours with new porcelain crown in place! Crown was machined in house after Dr. Cloke performed a 3D mouth scan to ensure fit. First class service as always. Staff is the best. Thanks again!

Leslie Roods I was scheduled for my first appointment with Dr.Cloke and before I even was seen for a routine exam and cleaning, I had a dental emergency. Lori on the front desk got me right in, Ally got me comfy and Dr.Cloke eased my pain, gave me a thorough explanation and treatment of the issue. Everyone was friendly, professional and welcoming. I’m glad to have found Dentists on the Park and am actually looking forward to my next appointment.

Erin Dedrick Dr Lyons is absolutely amazing! He is compassionate, kind, patient, and is always making sure you are doing well during your procedure. He takes his time and makes sure you are comfortable and pain free. I will not go to anyone else. His staff is kind and always willing to get you in as fast as possible.

Rabbit Williams Dr Lyons and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. Went in for a root canal, but after reviewing the X-rays, Dr. Lyons realized the procedure would not work with my decaying tooth, so recommended a tooth implant. Although the implant is more costly, his honestly and expertise in not proceeding knowing the chances of a successful outcome was outstanding. His explanation was informative to the next steps. I highly recommend him for any procedure!

mkpovak Dr. Lyons and his staff are amazing. I needed 2 root canals on the same side and they did them both in the same day. Dr. Lyons is efficient but very caring and always takes the time to explain what he is doing and ask if you are okay. Root canals are never fun but I felt like I could completely relax in his office because I knew he would listen to me and I was in good hands. Any root canal that I need from here on out I will see Dr. Lyons for it.

Susan Kassal Tooth pain is no joke. For a month and a half, I endured extreme tooth, jaw, throat and ear pain. The side of my face was swollen and it became a constant distraction in both my personal and professional life. I consulted with my dentist, then my doctor, and neither could help. I reached out to a friend in the medical field and she suggested Dr. Kirk Huffaker. Within just five days of speaking with him, my situation improved dramatically. He quickly identified the problem, and provided an aggressive and necessary course of action. Dr. Huffaker was the first to understand the seriousness of my situation and truly empathize with my pain. He genuinely prioritizes the well-being of his patients - I am so very grateful to have been one of them to be pain free!

Ashley Waldron DR. Huffaker was extremely nice and did a wonderful job, but I would never go to this office again, Jill at the front desk is probably the most unprofessional staff member I have ever dealt with. Several phone calls to me late at night after office hours, threating to send me to collections, mind you I have dual insurances and had an accidental claim form from my daughters school. Since they are out of network it takes time to get insurance checks, but I was very good at trying to keep them in the loop on time frames. She also refused to send claims to my insurance stating it was not covered and when I called the insurance it was covered almost $1200 worth. Then she stated that I had no right to contact the insurance behind her back. She is also still refusing to sign the claim form, which I need their signature to submit and get the remaining balance to pay them. Then she charged my card $753 without even letting me know. And yes I understand you are required to put a card on file in the event you dont pay, but I was paying and trying to take care of the remaining balance with out any help from the office. She also stated on several occasions that she wouldnt discuss it with me anymore and she would hang up on me. I mean maybe thats the type of person they want running their office but from a patient stand point, Id say shes ruining the business and I would never recommend them, I even told my regular dentist that they should be removed from the referral list!

Mercury josh My first experience with this facility was amazing. Now I have never been so disappointed in the facility in my life nor a dentist. Was supposed to have a tooth extracted call the front desk was told I was able to have three quarters of it ready and pay the rest the following Friday showed up for my appointment took the day off from work and get told by the dentist that I need full payment or they refuse to do anything and then recommends an extra $600 with the work do not go here if you want to see a quality dentist this place is a joke. The staff is sweet and amazing the dentist is a joke. Now I will be going to Adirondack oral surgery. My God I have never been so disappointed in a medical facility and as a caregiver for both my parents thats saying something.

suzanne pitts My daughter had her 4 wisdom teeth removed in August. She is very nervous and anxious when it comes to any kind of doctor or dentist. Dr. Adams was so patient with her and set her mind at ease before the procedure. The extraction was quick and the recovery was just about two weeks- he did an amazing job. The support staff was kind and friendly and very helpful as well. I highly recommend this practice.

Marissa Panzera Had to get 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Three of them were impacted. I arrived 15 minutes before my surgery. The ladies behind the desk were absolutely phenomenal. So nice, super easy Check-in process. They were great. I get taken back to the room where Im going to have my surgery done. They get everything set up. The girl starts. My oxygen comes back a few moments later to tell me Its gonna be a little bit longer before the doctor can come in. An hour over my appointment time that I have just been sitting there doing nothing but waiting for him to finish another surgery. So an hour late, I get stuff happens but they need to schedule better and account for things. I woke up so swollen and in so much pain. When my husband asked about a follow up appointment they said they dont do that there. And then gave me no recovery information Ive had to use Google. And the paperwork that also gives no information. 11 days later Im still in Immense pain, cant eat solid foods. Still noticeably swollen. Quoted me one price and then when I got there it was a hundred dollars more than what they had quoted and they said because of X-rays from my previous appointment that insurance didnt cover. I didnt even need x rays because I had gotten x rays done prior to going there and my dentist had already emailed them all of the copies of my x rays. So doing their x rays were pointless and a waste of time just to rack up my bill. All in all just an awful experience very hard to reach anyone at that office the poor time management of the doctors.

Jackie This office is incredible! I do not like doctor offices in general, and I’ve never had a female dentist. However, this group of individuals put me immediately at ease...pretty much an impossible task. My daughter recommended them and I’m so glad I listened! From the receptionist, a gentle soul who makes you feel special the moment you call, to the hygienist who engaged me in conversation before I remembered I don’t like talking to medical people, to Dr. Baim, who is kind, personable and honest. She did not try to talk me into all kinds of unnecessary dental work. You can tell when a dental office immediately tries to suck you in to every possible procedure, and this is one place that did not push. You know your options then are allowed to make an informed decision. The hygienist even gave me tips that I, a lazy patient, might actually be able to do to stave off further problems, in terms I could understand. I am thrilled with this gem I’ve found in Glens Falls!!

Dawn Vinciguerra Was a patient there for a year and a half and had three "checkups" and cleanings during that time. The hygienist did a great job with cleaning and xrays and was very nice. I never saw Dr. Canale , or any dentist, during either of those three visits. With any prior dental practice, the dentist always pops in after the cleaning for the check up part of the visit. Not here, though. I found a new dentist.

The dental hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and being gentle as I am some what scared of the dentist at 27 years old. I have found a new dentist that I love! I am so happy with this place and very appreciative that they got me in so fast!

Katelyn Matice Dr. McCullough and all of the hygienists are wonderful, thorough, and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed. They do not accept my new dental insurance and I’ve never been so sad to leave a practice! I recommend this office.

Mcenzy Campbell I started coming here when I started having a lot of issues with my wisdom teeth. Dr John Schaick was prompt to give me a referral to take care of the problem, and then I had come back in for a few visits to get fillings done. He made the process painless and as comfortable as possible for me. Hes very personable and a wicked nice guy all around. They are also great at getting you in for appointments in a prompt manner. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Halise Ozdemir I went for a root canal and it was improperly done. It costed me thousands to get it retreated properly somewhere else. Great people but they rush procedures.

They are the best in this area - and I travel very far to use their services - I live in the southern most part of Saratoga County and have driven to Dr. Dunham’s office for over 10 years. Dr. Dunham is such an excellent dentist. He’s done wonders with my teeth. The insurance covers all plans I believe. Just call to ask because the office staff is also friendly and accommodating.

Kathy French I’m usually so nervous at the dentist but she made me feel so at ease that I’m excited to go back to her for more work to be done. I like that she explains everything she’s going to do before doing it so that I’m not surprised. She removed a tooth spur from my gum which I had for many years so it was in there pretty good. Only had a small amount of pain the next day and no stitches. I don’t like novacaine shots at all but she is so good I hardly felt them. I’m so happy to have her as my dentist.

Barbie Menegan First time seeing Dr Barclay on Aug 6th. She corrected and fixed a front tooth filling another dentist didn’t do such a great job on. Needless to say I am not insecure about smiling anymore. She did a gorgeous job!!! It’s perfect. She’s doesn’t make you feel uneasy. She’s right to the point. My usual dentist wasn’t in and I was very satisfied with the work. :)

Lisa Shannon I had a bad toothache called the office Monday was in the chair Tuesday morning Dr. Barclay took care of me! Dr Barclay gave me exceptional care friendly, knowledgeable, you can tell she really cares. All the staff was wonderful! I have to add when she gave me the injections to numb the area prior to my treatment I swear I didn’t even feel it and before I knew it she was done! That’s what dental care should be! Ashley Butler I just started going to Dr Gill but have thoroughly enjoyed being seen by his office...as much as you can enjoy a dentist. I am able to get in quickly, Ive had 2 cavities filled and didnt feel either shot of Novocain (truly not even a pinch!). Dr Gill himself did my first cleaning which I have never had the actual Dr do a cleaning and he spent more than an hour with me! This is an old school dentist office...one patient being seen at one time and the staff is always great!

I really like my hygienist, very sweet, but I felt like she barely polished my teeth, rather just skimmed over them. They look good, all staining is gone but the polishing wasnt there this time. It could be they are rushing due to COVID and it is extremely cold in there so maybe Im just noticing because I couldnt relax.

George Hanstein No one likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Cotrell and his staff make it as pleasant as possible. Everyone is professional and pleasant. The offices are modern, comfortable and immaculately clean. I can highly recommend Dr. Cotrell.

Mickaela Scott While the care is beyond excellent, there are some issues elsewhere. I made an appointment to get an exam, X-Rays, and cleaning here, as I and my family have for many years. Afterwards, I was told that they did not accept my insurance and it was my responsibility to pay over 400 dollars out of pocket, then and there. I had changed my insurance over a year ago, and it did not cross my mind that they didn’t have my current on file, however insurance was not brought up when making the appointment, nor when I checked in, but only after. I believe this is complete negligence, and that it should be standard procedure to inquire beforehand, especially when that much money is involved, and when most (especially a young adult who lives alone, and has been working minimal hours during a pandemic) can’t afford it. Had I known that my insurance wasn’t accepted here, I would have gone elsewhere.
