I cannot say enough good from the check in to the check out... and especially the services in between. =) The staff are incredibly kind and put me right at ease.... even though my pain level was absolutely an 11 by the time I walked in. Im pregnant, and SO many places didnt even want to touch me because of this. However, when my local dentist recommended them to me, they made a way for me to receive emergency care IMMEDIATELY!! It turned out that my molar was very infected, so Dr. Blondin took care of it. He was very kind, gentle, understanding, and thorough. The assistants that helped were also wonderful! I was in tears.... but the GOOD kind.... when I walked out. I feel like they saved my life, no joke. THANK YOU, AMAZING Dr. B & TEAM!!!!!

All of the staff are wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. I’ve never once worried about anything done in the office or whether people knew what they were doing or not. My kids’ teeth have been in great hands at Dr. B’s! Can’t say enough great things about this orthodontist office!

Northeast Implant & Oral Surgery - Poughkeepsie

victoria castro: I am not one to write a google review, but my experience here was so bad I feel I must share to warn future patients and if I could give negative stars I would. I had a tooth extracted here and Dr. Cuomo performed the surgery. He has the WORST bedside manner I have ever experienced. He raised his voice and yelled at me multiple times throughout the surgery. I was in pain throughout the entire procedure and every time I tried to communicate that to him and told me I was not. And ultimately, left me with a DISLOCATED JAW. Immediately following surgery they told my driver I had to be taken to the ER at vassar since “that is where the oral surgeon is”. I was never even offered a wheelchair from the dentist office to my car. Upon arriving at Vassar the staff there (who were all exceptional) were astonished as to why I was there. Considering north eastern is an ORAL SURGERY office they should have been able to help me there. Instead Dr. Cuomo had an extremely rude attitude of “I don’t want to deal with this patient anymore so I’m just going to send you elsewhere”. My surgery with Dr. Cuomo went wrong in every possible way. I left traumatized not only mentally but in extreme physical pain. With extensive medical bills and and WEEKS of recovery. It has been a few months since my surgery now, and my jaw is still not the same. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!

Donna Rubin: The office staff is very nice. Reaching them is pretty easy. I had a procedure on a Saturday, and I was having a problem at night and I was able to get a hold of them. They gave me the right advice from the doctor and were able to fit me in that Monday. I wish my insurance covered my dental work, but it’s not their fault. There’s only one dentist (who is excellent) but I think they would benefit from having another one. I’ve had to wait for certain appointments for longer than I’d like. I need pretty extensive dental work so they fit me in where they can.

Quality Dental Care - Hopewell Junction

Owning You: Terrible, was quoted $500 for a tooth extraction which needed to be done. The day of the appointment they tell me they have to do X rays and what not an recommend and implant telling me out of pocket would be only $1000 the rest would be thru insurance and how great this implant is. Fine pay the $1000 they charged the insurance around $6000, wait it gets better. Tooth gets extracted a screw goes in tell me to come back in 30 days. Well go back for the next appointment there closed and no one called to reschedule they call that Monday and give me a new date. Go back they tell me I owe an additional $1000 cause the Dr. needs to be paid o my wow trying to explain how, all I wanted was the implant I don’t have an additional $1000 so they agree to $600. Now the fun starts have me in the waiting room for 2 hours finally get into a room and had me waiting an additional 2 hours I look at my clock I have other things lined up I decided to get up and leave get a phone call 2 hours later from the staff which is on my voicemail how they had a patient that was bleeding and they couldn’t stop it. Yeah not sure how to feel about that and asking me to come back yea no that’s ok have to have the work done somewhere else now. Avoid this place @ all cost.

Cindy Emard: I saw Dr Cohn for years.... hygienists and office staff were always top notch. Dr Cohn only came in after cleaning and fortunately, I never needed much dental work. The I brought in my 90 year old mother in law for dentures. Many many visits to get them to fit. They never fit to her liking. Mom is in a nursing home now. Dr Cohn ended up being rude on the final visit, and told us to never come back. With pleasure!!
