I called this morning and in an hour I had an appointment and the process took less than 10 minutes to complete I did not feel a thing and Dr Pliszczak and her associates were very informative and explained everything in great details. Later, I needed an adjustment because of weight fluctuations upon my gum line on Monday, February 2025, when a family member of mine had an appointment for their N.Syracuse office. Dr. Mike was so kind he didnt make me return in couple of days. He fit me in and did perfectly adjust my dentures to fit that day. I was so pleased with all the expertise in dentistry of all the staff of seen over the plus many years theyve been there for me. They make their clientele top priority.

What an amazing experience! My three-year-old son, who usually can’t sit still, was calmly sitting and having a blast while the doctor and nurses did their work. And remember — this is a dentist’s office! Most people dread going to the dentist, but this place completely changed my perspective.
They have so many dentist doctors available, which makes scheduling easier and ensures you’re always in good hands. The nurses and doctors were incredibly patient and caring. You could genuinely feel how much they treat each child like their own family member. Now I understand why “family” is part of their name.
They also have a TV hanging on top.
If you have kids and are nervous about taking them to the dentist, I highly recommend bringing them here. You won’t regret it!
Joe Tripodi: I was a little skeptical after seeing a couple recent one star reviews (that after looking into seem to be the same disgruntled person on multiple accounts signing off with “karma” at the end) but had my first appointment with Dr. Tung today. He was personable and honest even going as far to show me some smaller cavities with a mirror and asking if I would like to keep an eye on them instead of a preemptive filling. The staff was kind and professional and my follow up visit was scheduled in a timely manner.
