1 /5 A Baggely: I really thought I finally found the perfect dental office.The dentist here, Dr. Kim, she is amazing. However, in the last few months phones are not being answered. Holds last over 5 minutes. Appointments are scheduled and when you arrive they tell you your new appointment time that they did not discuss with you (but how could they when they arent answering calls and leaving people on hold?) Looks like I am going to have to start searching for a new dental office yet again.....

1 /5 Selden Lhamo: The front desk people are not very friendly, they are not helpful and they don’t sympathize with parents who’s anxious about their child’s well being. But the doc is really nice.

2 /5 De La Rua: I went for a dental cleaning. The wait was long, and the dentist was a bit rude, as were the people at the front desk. I needed a filling and I have a cavity in one of my teeth. However, the person at the front desk told me they wouldnt have any appointments for the treatment for a long time. She told me If I wanted it, I should find another dental center. I paid for the cleaning with a credit card when I checked in, but they ask me how I wanna pay me again when I when I about to leave. It was a total mess. The first time I went there I love the service,but today Im very disappointed By the way the cleaning they did it today was good.
