5 /5 Elizabeth Margaret: I cannot say enough about how wonderful this entire team is. I am an extremely anxious person in general, with little trust in others. I showed up at Dr. Isaacs clinic with a premolar broken in half at the beginning of my work day in a city that i didnt live in, absolutely terrified. They took me in, talked to me like a person not just a patient, and heard all my concerns. they evaluated me that day and scheduled a consult for the following day. We found some pretty rough news that scared me, and Dr. Isaac and team completely mitigated the fear. Two days later i was undergoing a quadruple extraction, and i needed sedation. I had so many questions and every single one was answered, kindly and warmly. The procedure went very smoothly, they were extremely welcoming to my partner, and worked with all of my limitations like complete pros. I am never going to another surgeon, and i will be going to this office for routine care from now on. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Isaac and his team. Good, kind, compassionate care. 10/10 recommend. cancel your appointment and come here instead.

I was made to think this provider was in-network thru zoc doc and not notified at the time of service that it was not. This practice’s extremely high costs caused me to quickly reach my yearly insurance allotment, which will essentially prevent me from getting other care this year. STAY away or be sure you have all info before proceeding

5 /5 Nicole Brugger: My experience at Emergency Dentist NYC was amazing. Being from out of town and breaking a crowned molar on a holiday, I was definitely nervous about any options I could find. The office had many positive reviews online, and I was able to get in on Easter Sunday. Jacqueline in the front office was so compassionate and understanding to my situation, and put me in with Dr. Isaac right away. Dr. Isaac and his staff treated my case with care and concern from beginning to end. It turned into an emergency surgical extraction with a graft, all done in office. Dr. Isaac was extremely attentive to how I was doing throughout the procedure and even personally called me that evening to follow up with any questions or concerns. I would go to this practice for any dental need after this visit, and highly recommend them for anyone needing dental care.
