1 /5 crystalwilson60: They seemed very nice but my 13 year old had a root canal done and they did all the appointments up to the last step which is cementing the crown and they tell me they cant help us because they are having problems With our insurance company. When they currently have my daughter crown in office and has been approved for this prior to this. They didnt even have the decency to call us to tell us they were not taking our insurance I had to call them.

1 /5 Ashie Bitch: Ruined my teeth in in excruciating pain and should sue theyve ruined my whole families teeth. My root canal is rotting into my jaw I have barely slept in a week and actually feel like I might be dying. Also never put my permanent crown on my root canal even though it had also been approved by my insurance I wanted it pulled so I wouldnt be in pain. They wanted the money and didnt give af about my health

1 /5 Abigayle Reda: They didn’t have the decency to let us know they no longer than our insurance. All they advised was there was an issue with insurance covering my already approved root canal and it should only take a couple weeks. I had to call to find out they are no longer in network. I do NOT suggest going here. The ignorance is unreal. I have been sitting here in pain waiting for them to call and to find this out, I will never go back. They don’t care about their patients!

I finally found a dentist office where I am 100 percent confident my children’s teeth are taking care of and they treat your children just fantastic! Very patient and polite ! Even the receptionists are just wonderful! My children absolutely love them !

F F: I recently had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Macgregor and it was overall a great experience. The office is very clean and nice looking. The staff were great. In the pre surgery appointment Dr Macgregor explained everything and was very thorough. I don’t have any regrets going to his office and would highly recommend him to anybody else. After the surgery I called and had a question and a nurse called me back literally within 2 mins. Today is 10 days since surgery and I’m feeling great.

china marie: Dr. Tsomo and her team were very professional and I had a great first experience. I only waited a few minutes after my appointment time to be called back for my cleaning. The office was not overbooked with patients. She has a nice, calm and polite personality that makes you feel comfortable. Her receptionist and hygienist are pleasant as well. The Dr. listened to me and gave me helpful and accurate info when I asked about teeth whitening. Scheduling appointments is easy and they seem to be available during the upcoming week, so you dont have to wait for months. I love how the new patient forms are all digital and the office sends you email and text updates about upcoming appointments as reminders. I also came in with a small chip on my front tooth (picture shown). I knew that I would probably have to make another separate appointment to get it fixed, but the Dr. considered me and was able to fix it the SAME DAY with no new appointment being made. I was completely pleased and the results looked and felt great. She also confirmed the results with me before completing the bonding on my composite. I felt no pain during the cleaning, even though the drill is pretty loud. I highly recommend this dentist! She had the best reviews out of all the other ones that I looked at before making my final decision. Thank you All Smiles General Dentistry, I will be back!

Tom Grady: Dr. Avi and all the staff are fantastic! He takes the time to explain the procedure and makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time. He even called the following day to check up on me. I’ve never had a dentist do that before. The office staff is top notch, polite, and easy to get in contact with. I’ve had to bring my 4 year old son a couple of times and everyone was so accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this office!

Leonella Camacho Mora: I had the opportunity to visit this dental office twice, both with my husband and my daughter Cecilia. However, today my experience was very negative. First, I was told that children are not allowed, although I was never informed of this before, and I didn’t see any sign during my previous visits. Additionally, I was told I made a mistake when writing the names on the registration form, but no one explained that I needed to flip the page. I believe it’s the receptionist’s responsibility to ensure the form is completed correctly and to provide clear instructions. Even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I had to leave because I wasn’t allowed to stay with my daughter, which was very frustrating. To top it off, I was informed that I had to pay a cancellation fee, which wasn’t fair since the situation wasn’t made clear from the start. Because of all of this, I’ve decided not to return to this office.
