5 /5 Honest Opinion: Awesome work! If you have a euro or probably any high mileage car, but especially a BMW it’s tricky finding mechanics that aren’t scared to do what’s necessary to get you back on the road with no future problems. I have a 2018 BMW with over 150k miles that needed work. I took it to many mechanics that were either scared to change the transmission oil and/or didn’t have a clue. Many indie shops told me why don’t you buy a Honda or Toyota. Like I Bought a bimmer by mistake. It’s been over 3K miles since I had my car serviced at Everett. Had lots of work done for $4k, but thats way cheaper than buying any new or used car AND my car is driving like a new BMW should. If you have an older euro car and every shop including the dealership is telling you those fluids are good forever. Have your car serviced at Everett and drive away feeling like oh yeah, this is why I got this car in the first place. Top notch service, car was ready when they said it was gonna be, family run, Friendly shop dogs which says a lot and no rude we’re doing you the favor attitude.

I had a very tough time trying to find somebody that was willing to fix a water pump for a Ford flex which is one of the hardest jobs out there for this type of vehicle. It’s a 16 hour job and I just want to say thank you so much for taking the time and fixing my vehicle. They did an amazing job. Everything works great And be able to rely on this type of company is so ensuring that they are still kind people out there I had had to go into the hospital and have a little issues going on with myself. They were willing to keep my vehicle on their property, not make me move it and give me time to get my vehicle , I really appreciate that about them. That was the kindness of their heart which they are business and are there to make money still have the kindness of the heart to still reach out and help somebody is it God sent that we still have such amazing people out there. I highly recommend this place. If you want to get your car fixed the prices are very reasonable. They don’t overcharge you they don’t overcharge you. They get it done as fast as possible, and they also warranty. That was the best part when I found out I’m under warranty thank you Robert and your wife and those sweet puppies that you have in the office everybody was just so very nice to me and so very understanding and worked with me and I just wanna say thank you thank you so very much for being honest , and just being like family it felt like I had known these people for years it is so hard to find generally good hearted, honest people and I really want to thank you guys. Thank you so very much if you ever need a water pump done or any major issues that you need to go inside of the engine like we did I highly recommend this place way better than Ford Ford wanted twice as much, the overcharge was just crazy and so overwhelming for me. This job cost me $2500 a single mom and I don’t work because I am trying to get on disability because I am actually very sick so I wanna thank them so very much for not overcharging me they charge me what I needed, and that was it , I can’t stress that enough thank you again to you and your wife for making my experience so pleasurable and so mind at ease thank you again

5 /5 Boyuan Gao: My husband and I were towed on the highway en route from Western MA to the Catskills at the end of the Friday workday. Our wonderful tow truck driver recommended Everett. We called thinking there’d be a slim shot that they could squeeze us in before the weekend, but to our surprise, they said to come right in. They knew what it was like to be stranded out-of-state and had compassion for our specific circumstance. Thank goodness they did, because we would have been screwed otherwise, given the distance we still had to drive. They fixed our serpentine belt quickly on Friday, and (long story) our power steering pump hose clamp this morning. They also checked on us each day to make sure that we didn’t encounter any other problems. You just don’t meet business owners like them anymore. I also have to mention that it’s the owner/mechanic’s birthday today, and he came in first thing in the morning to make sure we were road ready. Sending the greatest expression of gratitude to the entire Everett family and staff. They far exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend them to everyone we know. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll make sure to stop in and say hello!

5 /5 Michael Maiorano: Its tough to find an honest mechanic. Ive used Everett Motors throughout the years. Rob is a great guy with fair prices. Hes the only mechanic I trust. I highly recommend this shop.
